Shanavier “Navi” Clark’s Stories, Lessons & Insights

We recently had the chance to connect with Shanavier “Navi” Clark and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Shanavier “Navi”, thank you so much for joining us today. We’re thrilled to learn more about your journey, values and what you are currently working on. Let’s start with an ice breaker: What are you most proud of building — that nobody sees?
I am most proud of building my legacy, even though no one else may fully see it yet. I want to leave more than a record of my strength—I want my children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and beyond to have proof that greatness runs in their bloodline. My goal is to leave a lasting mark on this world so that my lineage knows exactly where they come from and feels inspired to carry that greatness forward.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Shanavier “Navi” Clark, and I am passionate about helping people and organizations create spaces where mental health, self-care, and authentic connection can thrive. I am the founder of The Bleauxprint Behavioral Health & Wellness, where we partner with agencies to provide dynamic trainings on mental health, self-care, and building healthy workplace relationships. We also offer one-on-one consultations designed to equip leaders and teams with the tools they need to flourish.

I am also the founder of Choose You, Sis—a transformative platform dedicated to teaching individuals—not just women—how to pour into their own cup, prioritize their mental health, and cultivate genuine self-care. Choose You, Sis serves as both an educational resource and a safe haven for personal growth and emotional well-being.

As an author and a true jack-of-all-trades in the realm of mental, emotional, and behavioral health, I specialize in helping people discover a deep sense of self, set healthy boundaries, and evolve unapologetically. My mission is simple yet profound: to empower others to live fully, love themselves deeply, and navigate life with resilience and purpose.

Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. What part of you has served its purpose and must now be released?
The part of me that must be released is the little girl in me—little Navi. She carried exhaustion, hurt, and feelings of being unloved and unworthy. For so long, she was silenced. But she has now found her voice, claimed her strength, embraced her worth, and refuses to back down. While she shaped my healing journey, it’s time to let her rest so I can fully step into the evolved woman I am today.

When did you stop hiding your pain and start using it as power?
I stopped hiding my pain and began using it as my power at the birth of Choose You, Sis. At first, it wasn’t meant to be the platform it is today—I created it while trying to understand what it even meant to choose myself. I didn’t know if I was worth choosing. Years of abandonment and hurt had me hoping for the best but always expecting the worst. Through my healing journey, I learned to honor and heal the little girl in me who was wounded, and in doing so, I began turning my pain into purpose. It hasn’t been easy, but it has been beautiful, and it’s allowed me to hold space for others to choose themselves, extend themselves grace, and transform shame and guilt into growth and purpose. And there is something so powerful about seeing the pain and shame that once held you captive lose its grip—when those chains finally break free, and you’re no longer afraid to rise to the occasion because the pain no longer has you bound, the abandonment no longer has you bound, and the “why am I not good enough” no longer has you bound. Man… what a moment.

So a lot of these questions go deep, but if you are open to it, we’ve got a few more questions that we’d love to get your take on. Is the public version of you the real you?
Yes—the public version of me is real. I don’t hide who I am. I’m soft-spoken, but I can be a hothead. I’m kind, but I also curse like a sailor. I have my blonde moments, yet I’m articulate and highly intelligent. I believe people are tired of seeing a polished representative in public who’s completely different behind closed doors. With me, what you see is what you get—the hot with the cold, the good with the bad, and everything in between—authentically and unapologetically on display.

Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. What will you regret not doing?
What I’ll regret not doing is simply living. I get so caught up in building a brand, a name, and a legacy—constantly moving on to the next task that will get me closer to my goals—that I sometimes forget to pause and experience life. I don’t always take in the beautiful moments, acknowledge the accolades, or stop to celebrate myself. If I’m not careful, I could reach the destination and realize I never truly lived along the way. So my answer is simple: live.
