What’s more important to you—intelligence, energy, or integrity?

There is no one path – to success or even to New York (or Kansas). Similarly, what matters to others can vary widely – so we tried to tighten up that question to focus on three key traits to see what most folks in our community valued most – intelligence, energy, or integrity?

Integrity, for sure. Intelligence and energy are important, but integrity is what gives them meaning. It’s how you show up, how you treat people, how you follow through, even when no one’s watching. I believe energy is the most important. Intelligence and integrity both matter, but energy sets the tone for everything we do. The right energy inspires people, attracts opportunities, and influences how others experience you. You can be smart and honest, but without positive, consistent energy, it’s hard to motivate yourself or connect with others in a meaningful way. Read more>>
