Today we’d like to introduce you to Marco Deon.

Hi Marco, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I’ve been singing and playing instruments since I was 5 . I started in church at my Grandfather’s Richard Dennard church Gods House Of Prayer And Praise First time ever playing drums at family and friends choir concert. My first time singing was at Jackson Memorial Baptist Church Pastor Gregory Sutton. My Grandmother Mussete Britt helped with getting me that solo. My Family most definitely played a major role in my gift

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It’s been an up and down journey. Cant just rely on talent and money doesn’t buy everything either. Knowledge is everywhere but which knowledge or truth is true so you just have to jump out there trial and error going back to the drawing board a lot just to see what works and doesn’t

I am Marcus Britt my artist name is Marco Deon I’m a singer, songwriter ,and instrumentalist. My specialty is making people feel good loved wanted with timeless classics through the art of music if I’m singing Just Friends By Musiq Soul Child or Voyage To Atlantis By Thr Isley Brothers or even Tell Me Girl by me of course. I most proud that I decided to step out of my comfort zone and put the music out. Doing it consistently is my most challenging task but im getting there. What sets me apart is that I have no hidden agenda when it comes to my gift I genuinely want to succeed and make timeless records that you will say this still hits years decades later timeless music it never gets old it gets better with time.

How do you define success?
Success for me is a roller coaster you have good days and bad days so long as you put your best foot forward there is endless possibilities Big Faith Big God
