Today we’d like to introduce you to Marzena Trawinski.

Hi Marzena, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
There was a time when all I had was ambition, faith, and the belief that I was capable of building something bigger for myself and for others. Real estate wasn’t handed to me. I stepped into an industry that was competitive, demanding, and at times intimidating, but I refused to let fear or obstacles define my future.

While balancing motherhood, personal challenges, and the pressure of building a business from the ground up, I kept showing up. Long days turned into sleepless nights, difficult markets turned into lessons, and setbacks became motivation. I learned quickly that success is not built during easy seasons — it’s built in the moments where you decide to keep pushing forward when giving up would be easier.

What started as a passion for helping people find homes slowly became something much greater. It became a mission to guide people through important moments in their lives, create opportunities for agents, and build a company rooted in trust, integrity, and genuine support. That vision eventually became Main Street Realty Group.

Today, when I look back, I don’t just see transactions or awards. I see resilience. I see growth. I see a woman who refused to quit, continued to evolve, and built something meaningful through faith, determination, and heart. And honestly, I love where it brought me.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
No, it definitely has not been a smooth road but honestly, I think that’s what shaped me into the person and leader I am today. There were moments filled with uncertainty, pressure, exhaustion, and situations where giving up would have been the easier option. Building a business while balancing motherhood, personal challenges, financial responsibilities, and the constant demands of real estate tested me in ways I never expected.

There were seasons where the market shifted overnight, deals fell apart, trust was broken, and I had to continue showing up for clients and agents even while carrying my own struggles behind the scenes. As a woman in leadership, I also felt the pressure of having to constantly prove myself, stay strong, and push through environments that were not always easy to navigate.

But every challenge taught me something. I learned resilience. I learned adaptability. I learned how to lead during difficult times instead of only during successful ones. Most importantly, I learned that growth comes from discomfort, and that faith, determination, and consistency can carry you through even the hardest seasons.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Main Street Realty Group?
Main Street Realty Group was built with the vision of creating more than just another real estate company. I wanted to create a brokerage rooted in relationships, integrity, proactive leadership, and genuine support for both clients and agents. Real estate is one of the biggest decisions people make in their lives, and I never wanted people to feel like just another transaction. I wanted them to feel heard, protected, guided, and truly cared for throughout the process.

We specialize in residential real estate, negotiations, Broker Price Opinions (BPOs), investment guidance, property management, and eviction services. Over the years, we’ve also become known for strong communication, problem-solving, honesty, and being very hands-on throughout transactions. I believe people remember how you make them feel during stressful moments, and our goal has always been to bring knowledge, calmness, solutions, and trust into every situation.

What sets us apart is the heart behind the company. We are ambitious and family-oriented. I take pride in mentoring agents, creating opportunities for growth, and building a supportive environment where agents feel empowered instead of alone. I believe leadership means showing up, being available, and helping others succeed alongside you.

Brand wise, I’m most proud of being recognized through positive client reviews, industry involvement, “Best of Gwinnett,” “Best of Lawrenceville,” and being named a “Trusted Agent” means a lot because those recognitions came from real experiences and relationships.

At the end of the day, I want people to know that Main Street Realty Group is a company built on resilience, faith, ambition, professionalism, and heart.

How do you define success?
Success is being able to look back at difficult seasons and know you didn’t give up. It’s overcoming challenges that once felt impossible, continuing to push forward even when things are uncertain, and evolving into a stronger person through those experiences.

I also define success by the relationships and trust built over time.
