Meet Sincere Jenkins of #GIRLBOSS Empire

Today we’d like to introduce you to Sincere Jenkins.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
When I first graduated high school, I got pregnant almost instantly and made the decision that college was not the best move for me at that time. My priority became my child, so I started working immediately and saving as much money as possible to create stability for us.

By 22, I realized waking up at 5 AM every morning to deliver packages and make someone else richer was no longer serving me. I knew there had to be more for my life. I wanted freedom, purpose, and ownership — not just over my finances, but over my future. That’s when I realized my purpose wasn’t only to become a boss for myself, but to help other women find their purpose and create success for themselves too.

I started my journey by simply sharing my real life, my experiences, and the things I genuinely loved — from entrepreneurship and business tips to lifestyle, beauty, fashion, food, and travel. Over time, I realized my content was not only inspiring people, but also helping women gain the confidence to start, grow, and monetize their own brands.

In just 7 months, I launched two successful websites, generated over $150K in sales between both businesses, and helped over 800 young bosses start their entrepreneurship journey. I entered 2020 as a worker and ended it as a boss. Within three years, I was able to gross almost half a million dollars in profit while building a community of women who were ready to stop feeling stuck and start creating the life they truly wanted.

From there, I began taking entrepreneurship, content creation, and brand partnerships more seriously. I studied what performed, learned how to create content that felt natural but still strategic, and continued growing my platforms. That growth opened the door for me to collaborate with amazing brands across beauty, lifestyle, food, travel, home, and wellness, while also building #GIRLBOSS Empire — a platform dedicated to helping women start, grow, and monetize their brands with confidence.

Now, six years later, I’m still encouraging, educating, and influencing like-minded women to do the same. My journey has evolved from becoming an entrepreneur, to helping other women build businesses, to becoming a content creator and showing women how to monetize their accounts, their influence, and their story. Where I am today came from consistency, faith, trial and error, and staying true to my voice.

I’m still growing every single day, and I know my future is only getting bigger and better. Ten years later, my son tells me I’m the best and coolest mom ever, and that means everything to me. I wouldn’t trade becoming a young mom for anything in the world because he truly motivated me, shaped me, and pushed me into becoming the woman and young girlboss I am today.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
No, it definitely has not been a smooth road. I’ve faced doubt, moments of disbelief in myself, long breaks, seasons of uncertainty, and even a major decrease in income while trying to figure out what direction I truly wanted my life and brand to go in.

One of the hardest decisions I ever made was choosing to shut down one of my businesses, Designers Paradise, even though it was the business that was bringing me consistent five-figure months and four-figure days. At one point, I went from making $10,000–$30,000 a month to making less than $5,000 a month, and that was extremely humbling. But even though it was difficult, it was necessary. I knew I wanted to build a name for myself and become my own brand. I no longer wanted to solely leverage other people’s products and brands to create income. I wanted to build something that was rooted in me, my story, my purpose, and my influence as SOSINCEREEE.

That transition took a lot out of me. It took about two to three years for me to truly reevaluate, restructure, and refocus on my why. It also meant stepping away from the comfort of consistent five-figure months while I rebuilt from a more authentic place. But even though that journey was tough, I don’t regret the decision at all. It helped me grow, evolve, and become more intentional about the woman, creator, and entrepreneur I wanted to be.

Motherhood also came with its own challenges. At one point, it was extremely difficult to balance work, business, content creation, and being present as a mom. But as time has gone on and my son has gotten older, he has become more understanding, independent, and patient. He knows why his mom works so hard, and he understands that there is a bigger reward and purpose behind everything I do.

Through every struggle, I’ve learned to leave my problems in God’s hands. As my relationship with Him has grown stronger, life has become easier to navigate. I may still face challenges, but I no longer carry them the same way. Every obstacle has shaped me, humbled me, and pushed me closer to the woman I am becoming.

As you know, we’re big fans of #GIRLBOSS Empire. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
#GIRLBOSS Empire is my brand and business platform created to help women start, grow, monetize, and elevate their brands with confidence. I specialize in digital products, content creation, brand partnerships, social media strategy, business education, and helping women turn their ideas, influence, and experiences into income.

What started as me sharing my own entrepreneurship journey has grown into a community and platform that teaches women how to create profitable online businesses, build their personal brands, secure paid collaborations, and show up confidently in their purpose. I’m known for keeping it real, sharing what has actually worked for me, and giving women the tools, motivation, and strategy they need to stop waiting and start building.

What sets #GIRLBOSS Empire apart is that it’s not just about selling a dream — it’s about showing women the real blueprint behind the dream. I’ve been through the trial and error, the long nights, the income shifts, the rebranding seasons, and the moments where I had to bet on myself before anyone else did. Because of that, I’m able to teach from real experience, not just theory. My brand is rooted in authenticity, transparency, faith, confidence, and helping other women realize they can create a life that feels successful, soft, purposeful, and aligned.

I’m most proud of the fact that my brand has helped so many women take their first step into entrepreneurship. Whether it’s through my digital products, mentorship, content, business resources, or simply seeing my journey online, I’ve been able to influence women to believe bigger for themselves. Seeing women go from feeling stuck or unsure to launching their business, making sales, creating content, and showing up as the boss they were always meant to be is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.

Alongside #GIRLBOSS Empire, I’ve also built my personal brand as SOSINCEREEE, where I create lifestyle, beauty, travel, food, motherhood, and entrepreneurship content. Through that platform, I’ve been able to collaborate with brands, share honest experiences with my audience, and show other women how to monetize their content and influence. I want readers to know that my brand is more than business — it’s a testimony. It represents growth, purpose, resilience, confidence, and the belief that you can completely change your life when you decide to stop waiting for permission and start becoming the woman you were called to be.

Who else deserves credit in your story?
Yes, absolutely. My biggest cheerleader and support system is God. I owe everything to Him. I used to say I was self-made, but the older I get, the more I realize I am God-made. He created the drive, passion, resilience, and boldness in me. Everything I have today is because of Him, and I’m confident He will continue to provide for me day in and day out.

Ever since I was a little girl, I feel like God has always sent me dreams, visions, and signs that confirmed the lifestyle and purpose that were ahead of me. It’s honestly surreal to be living out some of those dreams in real time now, and I know this is still only the beginning.

I also owe a huge thank you to my mom. She has always been there for me, even in moments where she knew I was making decisions she may not have fully agreed with. She has never failed to have my back, and that type of support means everything. Between my mom, my son, my sisters, my best friends, and my close family and friends, I truly have all the support I could ever ask for.

They are my reason. They push me to go harder every single day. Knowing that I want to provide a certain lifestyle not only for myself, but for the people I love, is a huge part of why I’ve been able to keep going and see the success I’ve seen so far. Their love, support, and belief in me continue to motivate me to dominate in this industry and any other industry God sees fit for me.
