Hi JaCarla, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?

Care & Give Back to Veterans
At Care & Give Back to Veterans, we believe service doesn’t end when the uniform comes off. Our mission is to educate and support Veterans and their families by helping them better understand healthcare and benefit coordination topics related to service-connected resources.

Founded by JaCarla Walker, our organization bridges the gap between Veterans and complex benefit systems. With a background in medical coding, healthcare systems, and claims processes, JaCarla recognized a common challenge: many Veterans and families have questions about available resources and may need clearer educational information about where to start and what topics to review.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Securing funding has been a challenge, but we are currently on our way to being able to assist even more Veterans
