Today we’d like to introduce you to Cassandra Rainey

Hi Cassandra, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Cassandra Rainey, known as “The Prophetic Influencer”, is a multifaceted individual with a heart dedicated to profoundly impacting lives. As a Minister of the Gospel, Intercessor, Prayer Warrior, and best-selling author, she has poured her passion into her ministry which has spanned over two decades. Despite initially running from her calling, Cassandra fully embraces her purpose, carrying it with a radical and tenacious spirit. In addition to her work in the ministry, Cassandra is the Editor-in-Chief of Throne Zone Magazine and a dedicated entrepreneur. She’s the driving force behind Cassandra Rainey Global Ministries, where she brings people together through prayer conference calls and Facebook Live sessions.
She is enthusiastic about her work in every capacity that the Lord has entrusted into her care. She wholeheartedly believes in the good of everyone. She feels that her excellent customer service skills, background in ministry, and educational background (B.S. History, MBA, Masters’ Accounting, Master’s theology, and Doctor of Divinity Degrees) have equipped, prepared, empowered, and encouraged her to become the best Leader-Servant she can be!
Radical, bold, tenacious kingdom builder, glory carrier, and atmosphere shifter whose greatest desire is to make a major impact on everyone she encounters. She has been in ministry for 25 years. Cassandra’s journey began in an unexpected place, the Crisp County Detention Center, where she ministered, prayed, and encouraged incarcerated women to embrace their destinies.
Her Favorite Scripture: Be Still and Know That I Am God (Psalm 46:10)
Apostle-Elect Dr. Cassandra Rainey

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
No, it has not been easy, but God remains faithful in assisting me in continuing to do ministry.

Balancing Personal and Ministry Life: Managing personal responsibilities and family life alongside the demands of ministry can be challenging.

Burnout and Fatigue: The emotional and physical toll of constant service, leading to exhaustion or feeling overwhelmed.

Maintaining Spiritual Vitality: Keeping your faith strong while ministering to others.
Financial Struggles: Dealing with limited resources or budgeting challenges for church initiatives and personal livelihood.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
Right now, I am doing ministry full-time. Previously, I was working full-time at Crisp Regional Hospital as their Community Outreach Social Worker. My duties were to: Counseled Clients Regarding Interpersonal Issues, Assess Clients/Documentation, Prevention: Discuss Client Treatment Plans, Crisis Intervention and Identify People and Communities in Need of Services. I loved this job because I love helping people. My assignment here on earth is to encourage, empower, and educate so that individuals can elevate and become who God has ordained for them to become. I was laid off in February of this year and since then I have been actively seeking employment and doing ministry.
I am a three-times published author of “No More Suffering in Silence,” “Rising Above the Struggle” and “When God Speaks, Listen and Obey.” I have a tee shirt and hoodie line called “Anointed and Authentic.” I have a Christian Magazine called “Throne Zone” which I had to lay down for a season due to limited financial resources. I am also a licensed insurance agent presently servicing GA & SC. You can purchase my books @ www.amazon.com
I am most proud of my determination to remain true to what God has assigned me to do. No matter what has happened throughout my twenty-five years in ministry, I chose to weather the storms and keep them moving forward. It has not been easy, but God has given me the tenacity to stand and push through every obstacle I face. It blessed me tremendously when another Woman of God recommended that I receive an honorary Doctorate in Divinity. It is a blessing when others can see the work that God has assigned or entrusted you to do and be impacted by it. That has been my prayer from the beginning, “Lord I want to make a difference in the lives of others.
What sets me apart from others? My life experiences and personal journey with faith could provide a distinctive testimony that resonates deeply with those I minister to, making my message authentic and relatable.
Overcoming specific struggles or challenges equipped me with deeper empathy and perseverance, allowing me to minister to others facing similar obstacles. A unique leadership approach that blends compassion, integrity, and vision, creating an inclusive and empowering environment for those that I come into contact with.

Where do you see things going in the next 5-10 years?
I see the ministry that God has given me will continue to evolve, becoming more adaptive, inclusive, and innovative, while staying true to its spiritual mission. I will continue to use social media to connect with younger and older generations, offering live streams, digital devotionals, podcasts, and interactive discussions. The mental health crisis is being recognized globally, and I desire to incorporate mental health support, offering spiritual counseling, grief support, and wellness programs.
I want to focus more on community-based programs like food distribution, housing assistance, education, and economic development, becoming more visible in everyday life. I am preparing myself for these shifts so that I am ready for whatever the Lord desires for me to do.
