Check Out Celi Viloria’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Celi Viloria.

Hi Celi, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
My journey to CeliOrganizer wasn’t a straight line — and that’s what makes it meaningful.
For years, I followed what seemed like the logical path: I studied accounting, built a background in audit, and assumed that was simply who I was professionally. But during a pivotal gap in my career, I gave myself something rare — the time and space to think deeply about what I actually love doing. That’s when everything shifted.

I discovered that my true passion lives at the intersection of organization and creativity. I’ve always believed that an organized space is more than just functional — it’s a foundation for joy, clarity, and peace of mind. That realization inspired me to pursue a career as a professional organizer, and CeliOrganizer was born from that conviction.

Today, I work with clients to transform their homes — from closets and pantries to entire living spaces — designing thoughtful, customized systems that simplify daily life. I love solving complex organizational challenges and creating solutions that feel effortless, intentional, and visually beautiful. The most rewarding moment is always seeing a client feel lighter and more at ease in their own home.

At CeliOrganizer, organization isn’t just about order. It’s about creating spaces that support the life you truly want to live.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The biggest lesson entrepreneurship has taught me is this: building a business around what you love requires doing a lot of things you never expected.

When I started CeliOrganizer, I was passionate about organizing and design. What I quickly discovered is that passion alone doesn’t run a business. Overnight, I became the marketer, the accountant, the scheduler, the customer service team, the social media manager, and the organizer — all at once.

Wearing that many hats is both humbling and relentless. There are days when the administrative and business side of things demands so much energy that you have to remind yourself why you started in the first place.
But that’s also where the growth lives. Every challenge I’ve navigated outside of my comfort zone has made me a sharper, more resilient entrepreneur — and ultimately, a better professional for my clients.
The goal has always stayed the same: keep doing the work I love, for people who value it. Everything else is just part of the journey of building something real.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
At CeliOrganizer, we specialize in transforming living spaces into organized, beautiful environments that genuinely change the way people feel at home. From closets and pantries to kitchens, playrooms, and entire homes, we create customized systems that are as visually stunning as they are functional.
But what truly sets us apart is something you can’t manufacture — love for what we do.
We didn’t stumble into this work. We chose it, deliberately and wholeheartedly, because we believe organization has the power to transform lives. Every project we take on carries that conviction. When we walk into a space, we’re not just thinking about efficiency — we’re thinking about how this family will feel when they open that pantry door, or how that morning routine will flow more peacefully because everything has a place.

What we’re most proud of isn’t any single project — it’s the moment a client walks back into their transformed space and exhales. That shift — from overwhelm to calm, from chaos to clarity — is exactly why we do this.

We also bring something most organizers don’t: a genuine styling eye. Organization at CeliOrganizer isn’t just about function. It’s about creating spaces that look intentional, curated, and beautiful — spaces you actually want to show off.

That combination of heart, purpose, and aesthetic sensibility is what makes CeliOrganizer different. We’re not just organizing your home. We’re elevating your everyday life.

Risk taking is a topic that people have widely differing views on – we’d love to hear your thoughts.
The biggest risk I took was deciding to grow beyond myself.
In the early days, CeliOrganizer was just me. Taking that first step to bring someone else onto the team was terrifying — it meant trusting another person with something I had built from the ground up, with my name, my vision, and my standards attached to every project.
But that leap of faith changed everything.

Once I made that first hire, I couldn’t stop. Not because the business demanded it, but because I discovered something I didn’t expect: the right people don’t just help you do more — they elevate what you do. Each person I’ve brought onto the team has genuinely shared the belief that spaces have the power to transform lives, and that alignment is something you simply can’t force or fake.

What started as a risk became one of the greatest gifts of this journey. Watching my team show up with the same heart, the same standards, and the same commitment to our clients is something I’m incredibly proud of.

We’re not just colleagues — we’re a group of people who chose this work for the same reason: because we love it, and because we know the difference it makes.
