Today we’d like to introduce you to Natoya “Krassh” Nicholas.

Hi Natoya “Krassh”, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Thank you for the opportunity my story started over 5 years ago when I created my 1st Podcast Production called Lite Talk Podcast Inc. It was a good ride, we had different topics for each day of the week, including sports, finance, current events, Motivation & MORE. During that production, I learned the hard truth of thinking that you can build YOUR dream on the back of OTHER PEOPLE. And that is never it, if people START with you they also want to FINISH what you started together. So fast forward, my best friend asked me when I was getting started with my Podcast after years of subliminally sending me Podcast events, and other resources to get started. I then had a conversation with God and kind of went ALL IN, and created Krassh Tawwk Podcast, where we discuss Growth, positivity and EVERYTHING in between. My podcast is focused on the underdog, the forgotten, the person on the COME UP, coming up and proving people wrong DESPITE ur adversities. 😉

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
So far, no! However it kind of slowed down because like I said due to being ALL in I did 4 episodes and 2 Interviews in like one month, and havent recorded anything since May. 😅 However, my intention is to create a flow and come up with a regular schedule with interesting topics and people to interview. Have structure so that things are on time and people receive quality over quantity.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
Right now I specialize in doing whatever the “F” I want to, lol respectfully. Professionally I work in social services, Creatively I have a Podcast and help promote Business and an International DJ TONY B ! On Social Media. I am MOST proud of myself for not giving up on myself this go around. Things may slow down, but persistence and GRIT is the name of the game. I am also down 10lbs this month so that helps too! I do what I want, and I dont give up. I sometimes stumble, but I try to restart as many times as needed. 🙌🏾

Before we let you go, we’ve got to ask if you have any advice for those who are just starting out?
I say JUST DO IT ! Like Nike 👍🏾 I know it sounds corny but STOP OVER THINKING IT! You know what you NEED to do, its a different time it’s SO MUCH easier than the beginning times of THE SM ERA. Take advantage, REACH FOR THE F-IN STARS & DONT STOP UNTIL YOU LAND‼️🎯 (STILL somewhere in the sky even if you missed the stars ✨️ 😉)
