Today we’d like to introduce you to Osaro Owie.
Hi Osaro, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
Ozzy’s Professional Detailing began in December 2015 in Brooklyn, NY. I always wanted to start up my own detailing company, but I would always brush the idea off due to a lack of confidence. Until December of 2015, I become completely exhausted with putting my dreams of owning a successful detailing company off. I took a leap of faith invested everything I had into me; six years later, I’ve successfully built a six-figure detailing business and also relocated to Atlanta, GA.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Definitely has “not” been a smooth road; my journey continues everyday and just like any other business, you have the good days and the bad days. The struggles of running and operating a business are rough meeting quotas, performing to customer’s standards and maintaining a certain quality of work are just a few to name. But overall, the struggles are what makes the journey worth wild. I embrace struggle because behind every successful human being is a story.
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I’m a Professional Mobile Detailer, specializing in car detailing I’m typically known as the “Shampoo God” for my advanced knowledge of car fabrics, textures and multiple methods of solving some the most adverse situations when detailing cars. I’m mostly proud of my company’s growth; something that began as a hustle turned into a business then turned into a lifestyle. Ozzy’s Professional Detailing is a lifestyle and the experience we deliver sets us a apart from the typical automotive detailing company.
What matters most to you? Why?
What matters most to me is customer satisfaction. Without customer satisfaction, I don’t believe I would be as far as I am today. When people respect your craft, your work and your business, it opens opportunities beyond one’s imagination.
