Check Out Tia Davidson’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tia Davidson.

Tia Davidson is the Founder and Creator behind The Millennial Wives Club, a blog and nationwide community dedicated to millennial women who are adjusting to major life transitions yet desire to connect with like-minded women with similar lifestyles. From the success of the blog, Tia began to grow her personal brand as a content creator/influencer behind @AccordingtoTia, which allows her to inspire her audience through authentic storytelling about being a millennial woman in the transition while sharing her tips on fashion and beauty.

After years of research and learning how to build a successful brand, she started her own creative consultant agency called Embellished Hustle, a consulting service to millennials who need help building a transitional brand that converts followers to customers from bomb content. Now, she is the host behind a new podcast called Women in Transition, where she will share her story along with members from her community journey from still figuring it out to adjusting and finding balance. These platforms allow her to share her passion while sharing knowledge in different areas of expertise. Her mission is to motivate and inspire millennials to transition from dreamers to doers, in other words, “Don’t Talk About it Is About it”. She is your hype-woman, your wing woman, your social media bestie, and your soundboard wrapped up in one.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The learning process has been a struggle for me with everything that I’ve set out to do. I’m also a perfectionist so the fact that I want to do all the things I’m doing and I want to do them well is also a struggle. Juggling a community of wives while also working full time, adjusting to my own life transitions, being a content creator, being a wife navigating marriage, and jump-starting my own business is a daily struggle but my passion behind what I do keeps me going.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am the host of a podcast show called Women in Transition, where I share transparent storytelling about life, love, and business that’s sure to make you laugh, make you feel inspired, and challenge you to get out of your comfort zone! I specialize in sharing my story and the story of other women adjusting to this world of perfection experts “doing it for the ‘gram”, building adult relationships, finding the balance between side hustle and 9 to 5, and adjusting to our new identities in marriage and parenthood. I’m most proud of reminding women that they have a story worth sharing and inspiring other women to share their story in hopes it can help others.

Helping others because I believe that is what we’re here for. To help each other.
