Hi Lacey, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
Upon retirement from Active Duty Army, the only plan I had was to go to college. I originally started on the pre-dental biology track, then quickly changed my major upon completion of my Psychology 1101 class.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The road I chose to take was far from easy. However, it’s absolutely positively worth every struggle and disappointment.

We’ve been impressed with Rest Assured Consulting Solutions, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Rest Assured Consulting Solutions specializes in behavior psychology such cognitive behavior therapy and applied behavior analysis.

What sort of changes are you expecting over the next 5-10 years?
Major shifts are happening in the mental health space. In the next 5-10 years, I see our practice collaborating with other health fields and practices
