I founded True Moment Crew LLC with the vision of providing dependable event support that helps clients, families, businesses, and event professionals navigate important occasions with confidence. Whether assisting with weddings, corporate events, family celebrations, event venue childcare, or non-medical accompaniment, my goal has always been to provide professional, thoughtful, and reliable support.

Building the business has been a journey of continuous learning and growth. From the beginning, I focused on creating a strong operational foundation by carefully developing workflows, policies, onboarding processes, and service procedures. Every form, process, and service has been intentionally designed to provide a clear, organized, and professional experience for both clients and crew members.

My vision is to build a trusted nationwide network that connects clients with dependable event support while creating flexible opportunities for qualified crew members across the country. I believe exceptional service begins with thoughtful planning, clear communication, dependable people, and a genuine commitment to doing things the right way. Those principles continue to guide every decision I make as True Moment Crew LLC grows.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Like many entrepreneurs, I’ve experienced challenges along the way. One of the biggest has been building a business where trust is essential. Before choosing an event support provider, clients want confidence that the company is organized, professional, and dependable. I understood early on that earning that trust would require much more than simply launching a website.

Rather than focusing only on rapid growth, I invested significant time in building strong systems behind the scenes. I refined client and crew workflows, developed detailed policies and agreements, created service-specific processes, and continually improved the overall experience to make it as organized and straightforward as possible. While much of that work happens behind the scenes, it has created a solid foundation for long-term growth.

Another challenge has been building awareness as a new business. I’ve learned that growing a business requires patience, consistency, and a willingness to keep learning and improving. Every challenge has strengthened both the business and my perspective, reinforcing my belief that lasting success is built one relationship, one client, and one opportunity at a time.

Our services include corporate and professional event support, party and family event assistance, wedding stand-in roles, event venue childcare, and non-medical accompaniment.

Our mission is to provide organized, reliable support that helps clients enjoy important moments with greater confidence and peace of mind while creating meaningful opportunities for qualified crew members across the country.

Because our work often involves families, children, businesses, and important life events, I believe trust and professionalism should never be taken for granted. We have a responsibility to provide clients with dependable support, which is why we place a strong emphasis on thoughtful planning, clear communication, and well-defined processes. As part of our onboarding standards, crew members are required to complete identity verification and provide a qualifying background check, reflecting our commitment to safety, professionalism, and accountability.

What I’m most proud of is the strong foundation we’re building. From the beginning, I’ve focused on creating organized systems, transparent policies, and a professional client experience so people can feel confident knowing they’re working with a business that values responsibility, preparation, and dependable service.

How do you think about happiness?
I’m happiest when I know I’ve helped make someone’s important moment a little easier or less stressful. Whether it’s creating solutions, improving a process, or providing dependable support, I enjoy building something that genuinely serves others.

Outside of business, I value spending time with family and friends, continuing to learn, and appreciating life’s everyday blessings. Building True Moment Crew LLC has reminded me that meaningful success doesn’t happen overnight. It comes through patience, consistency, and celebrating both the small victories and the significant milestones along the journey.
