Hi Steven & Tascha, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Steven & Tascha have been in real estate for over 23 years! Steven practiced Chiropractic for over 20 years and Tascha has a background in business accounting management. Starting with RE/MAX as agents we then became brokers a few years later, then starting our own real estate company, The Katz Crew. We have sold homes and property everywhere from north Georgia to downtown Atlanta. We now specialize in the northern part of Metro Atlanta including Alpharetta, Roswell, Sandy Springs, Cumming, Dawsonville, Dahlonega and the mountains! We enjoy helping people find their purrfect home, whether in a neighborhood, in the mountains or on the lake! Lifetime members of the Million Dollar Club and Tascha is an ASP, Accredited Staging Professional and includes this service with our listings!

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
We have been through ups and downs in the real estate industry including the 2007 crash however have remained in the business while many just could not make it. We have sold many homes that seemed impossible to sell, whether they were on a less than desirable lot or just need some staging advice from Tascha.
