Conversations with Daniela Sierra Toro

Today we’d like to introduce you to Daniela Sierra Toro.

Hi Daniela, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I was born in Quindío, Colombia, where I developed a passion for helping others from a very young age. I later studied in Cali and worked in politics, which gave me a deeper understanding of the needs and challenges faced by my community.

Six years ago, I immigrated to the United States and had to start from scratch, taking on jobs I had never imagined doing before. Through perseverance and determination, I slowly built a new path and discovered my true purpose: supporting the Colombian community abroad.

After experiencing firsthand the importance of unity and mutual support, I created “La Ruta de los Parceros,” a project dedicated to highlighting and empowering Colombian entrepreneurs and business owners around the world.

Soon, I will be launching a major event connected to this project, continuing my mission to connect, uplift, and help Colombians shine wherever they are.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
There are always obstacles when you migrate to another country, but I want to believe that all of this has also made me stronger and prepared me for this moment of supporting the community.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I’m passionate about marketing and supporting the community.

What’s next?
My goal is to create a huge community that helps support Colombians all around the world.
