Today we’d like to introduce you to Jaden Wesley Brown.
Hi Jaden Wesley , we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My story begins in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where I started my entertainment career on TikTok. I knew early on that I had a passion for creating and connecting with people, I just didn’t know how to use it yet.
When I went to college, the freedom of having no one to dictate my decisions quickly turned into a war on my character. I made some decisions that flipped my life in a negative way, and that’s when everything changed. That’s when I first met Jesus on a personal level. I remember praying, “If you save my life, you can have it,” and those are still the most significant words I’ve ever spoken.
Not long after that God showed up for me in big ways, I got baptized and gave my life to Christ as my end of the bargain. Soon after, acting was revealed to me through the Spirit. I fell in love with it immediately and went all in, doing self tapes, building connections, and trying to elevate any way I could. Within my first month of acting, I landed a huge commercial with Dick’s Sporting Goods and my entire city showed support, even people I didn’t expect. I’ve always felt that it’s better to be a small fish in a big pond than a big one in a small pond. That’s when God put Atlanta on my heart.
Within three months, I found a way to move away from the only city I knew and chase that calling. In my first year in Atlanta, I was in over four feature films, two short films, some series episodes, and I got signed to Houghton Talent Agency, one of the top agencies in the city.
Even with all that traction, something was missing. I realized I wasn’t using my gifts in every way I could to glorify God. Instead of just being an asset to other people’s stories, God put my own story on my heart to bring to life called “Enough.” I went back to Pittsburgh and created my first self-produced faith-based short film where I acted, directed, produced, and wrote the project.
After it released, something shifted. A challenge sparked and I knew it was bigger than me. That’s when SeekNServe Productions was born.
Since then, we’ve produced four short films and have seen people come to Christ through cinema. Our team has grown and the mission has expanded beyond just film. We started a series called One Soul at a Time where we go out, eat with, pray for, and love on people experiencing homelessness. We also launched The Lab, a creative space for artists of all kinds to come refine the gifts God has given them and walk in purpose.
1 Peter 4:10 says, “All of you are given a gift to serve others,” and that’s what everything we do is built on. We want to not only use our gifts, but help elevate and inspire others to do the same.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
When you’re building something meaningful, the road is never smooth. When God is working, so is the enemy, so I’ve faced struggles and attacks not only in the flesh but spiritually as well.
I was the first person in my family to pursue something like this, so a lot of it has been learning as I go. It’s taken a lot of faith, patience, and determination to keep pushing through the tough moments.
Stepping into leadership has also come with challenges, especially financially. I’ve had to carry the weight of funding at times, trusting that provision will come. For me, the mission is personal, so the line between personal life and business life doesn’t really exist. Once I saw the impact of what we’re building, it took over my focus in the best way.
Moving to a new city was another challenge. This path can get lonely. As a 21 year old who doesn’t go to clubs, doesn’t smoke, and doesn’t drink, and is focused on the Kingdom, meaningful friendships are few and far between. But through all of it, I’ve learned to stay grounded in purpose and trust God through every season.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I’m a creative first. I act, direct, write, and produce, but more than anything I bring stories to life with purpose behind them.
I’m the founder of SeekNServe Productions, a faith-based production company focused on creating original films that don’t just entertain but actually impact people. We specialize in storytelling that speaks to real life struggles, identity, purpose, and ultimately points people back to God.
What we’re known for is authenticity. We’re not just making “Christian content,” we’re telling real stories that people can see themselves in. Stories that hit emotionally and spiritually. We’ve already seen people come to Christ through our films, and that’s what matters most to me.
I’m also building beyond film. We created a series called One Soul at a Time where we go out, connect with people experiencing homelessness, eat with them, pray with them, and just show love in a real way. We also launched The Lab, which is a creative space where artists can come refine their gifts and be surrounded by a community that’s focused on purpose.
What I’m most proud of is the impact. Not the credits, not the numbers, but seeing lives changed, seeing people feel seen, and knowing that something we created played a role in that.
What sets me apart is that this isn’t just a career for me, it’s a calling. I’m not creating for attention or recognition, I’m creating to serve. Everything is rooted in purpose, and I’m willing to do whatever it takes to bring that vision to life.
What sort of changes are you expecting over the next 5-10 years?
The industry is definitely shifting in big ways. With the rise of AI, I believe the art of filmmaking and the authenticity of real human interaction will take a hit. I think we’re moving toward a space where full AI-generated films exist, where image and likeness can be sold and AI handles the rest.
With that being said, at SeekNServe, we aren’t focused on competing with that. Entertaining films alone isn’t our brand. Truth, purpose, and revival is. And no matter how advanced technology becomes, the world will never have enough of that.
