Conversations with Quinsana Crumpton

Today we’d like to introduce you to Quinsana Crumpton.

Hi Quinsana, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I didn’t start with a perfect plan. Throughout my life journey I faced seasons that challenged me to grow, pivot, trust God in different ways, and redefine what success and purpose looked like. Those experiences taught me resilience and showed me the value of healing, self-belief, and taking intentional steps forward. As I began sharing my story and supporting other women, I realized that many were carrying similar struggles – burnout, feeling stuck, overlooked, lack of confidence, loneliness, uncertainty about purpose and destiny. What started as a personal journey of growth evolved into a passion for helping other women to overcome limitations, build confidence, and move forward with clarity. Today, I have the privilege of empowering women through coaching, speaking, mentorship, and transformational programs. Seeing women rediscover their voice, break through barriers, embrace their worth and purpose creating meaningful change in their lives.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It has not been a smooth road. I had struggle with not making good decisions in my relationships, financial challenges, people pleasing, imposter syndrome, my identity, lack of self-worth, self-doubt and fear. At times I felt alone, not supported or loved and the pressure of balancing and navigating life changes. I felt life was throwing me curve balls. There was a season where both of my parents were dealing with cancer at the same time. There I was in my early thirties mother of two sons and carrying this heavy responsibility of carrying for my parents that were fighting for their lives, unfortunately my dad passed away. In all of these things and having limiting beliefs this is where I began to neglect myself. I would settle for relationships and things that were not good or beneficial for me.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I have worked in healthcare for 30 years. I started as a medical office assistant and then furthered my career in healthcare I am now certified as a CPC, CRC medical coder. I am also an entrepreneur my ministry-based business is called Girl Speak Purpose. I am a certified Christian Life Coach and Empowerment Coach. I am most proud of my certifications I have obtained and maintaining this is a testament and commitment of my growth, resilience and work. What sets me apart is that I have a faith-based ministry business, ministry is first over the business. I don’t just focus on motivation – I focus on transformation. I combine faith, the word of God, personal development and practical strategies to guide women. My specialty is helping women reset, rebuild and rise, with my Reset to Rise framework/program. Whether they are navigating a life transition, rebuilding confidence or seeking greater purpose. My work is centered on empowering women to recognize their worth, embrace their strength, and step into the life they were created to live.

Are there any important lessons you’ve learned that you can share with us?
The most important lesson I’ve learned is that transformation begins when I stop allowing my circumstances to define my future. I’ve learned the power of resilience, the importance of faith, and the value of giving myself permission to start again. Every challenge taught me something about strength, every setback taught me something about perseverance, and every victory reminded me that growth is possible. I learned the value of using my voice and embracing my authentic self.
