Today we’d like to introduce you to Baby Bishop.

Hi Baby , it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I started taking music seriously at the age of 20. My first song in the studio was at 17. My family situation and the beef I was in at a young age influenced my music a lot back in those days. I was in a group as well back home in Mississippi, MGE and OD. But there were too many people and too many problems. I’ve been performing a lot over the years. I’ve been in and out of jail, which messed up my career and set me back a lot. I wasn’t this focused on music at first, but taking so many losses made me refocus. I’ve been going hard since I touched down in Atlanta. Now I’m focused on my brand, my music, and my fans. Also, I will be streaming soon.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It hasn’t been a seamless journey. I’ve encountered numerous challenges along the way, from incarceration to being ostracized in the independent music scene. I’ve encountered many individuals with ulterior motives, fake friends and family. Some people present themselves as supportive, but in reality, they have a vested interest in seeing me fail.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I do a lot when it comes to my music and being an artists. I’m Known For My Song “Losses” . I’m a Musician but I’m also a businessman. I’m most proud of myself for helping Artists and Networking with others. I’m not Afraid to be different

Networking and finding a mentor can have such a positive impact on one’s life and career. Any advice?
Find someone who is likeminded and surround yourself with people who are smarter than you.
