Hi Jhon, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Jhon Campuzano’s journey began in New York where he discovered his passion for tattooing and black and grey artistry. Starting with a dream and raw talent, he dedicated himself to honing his craft, quickly gaining a reputation for his unique style and attention to detail.

As his skills grew, so did his ambition. Jhon traveled the world, competing in tattoo conventions, earning awards, being a guest judge in many conventions and expos, and even showcasing his talent as a contestant on the known tv show Ink Master. His hard work and determination brought him to the the State of Georgia, where he co-founded Elegance Tattoo Collective with his brother David Campuzano in Dacula, Georgia.

Today, Jhon is recognized as a leader in the tattoo industry, running a successful studio, with a team of talented artists, and continuing to inspire others with his dedication to his art. From his beginnings in Bogotá to building a legacy in Georgia, Jhon’s career is a testament to his passion, resilience, and commitment to excellence.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The journey to becoming a tattoo artist is far from easy. Like any career, it comes with its ups and downs. While being a tattoo artist is a beautiful and rewarding path, it’s also a constant challenge. You have to carve out your own space, letting your art speak for itself.

Tattoos are not a necessity; they’re a luxury. This serves as a constant reminder that hard work and dedication are essential to standing out and making both yourself and your work truly memorable.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
With 16 years of experience, my work reflects a deep dedication to the art of tattooing. Known for my efficiency and precision, I bring every design to life with a level of expertise that sets me apart in the industry. My ability to consistently deliver exceptional results in each session has earned me a reputation as a sought after artist.

My specialty lies in creating highly detailed, custom Black and Grey tattoos that resonate with my clients on a personal level. What truly distinguishes me is my commitment to making every piece unique, paired with my professionalism and the value I bring to every session. I don’t just tattoo; I craft art that leaves a lasting impression, ensuring my clients walk away with a masterpiece every time.

What I’m most proud of is being a husband and the father of two of the most beautiful girls in the world. Balancing work and life isn’t always easy, but my family is the driving force behind everything I do. They are my inspiration and the reason I strive to give my best every day.
