Daily Inspiration: Meet Jose Pepe Guerrero

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jose Pepe Guerrero.

Hi Jose Pepe , can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
My journey into acting started when I got the opportunity to be on the set of Ozark, which was my first experience working on a major production. Being on set showed me how much I loved the entertainment industry and inspired me to pursue acting more seriously.

Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to work on numerous television shows, movies, commercials, music videos, and digital content projects. I’ve been involved in productions for major platforms and studios, including Netflix, HBO Max, and Tyler Perry Studios. Along the way, I’ve also appeared in projects for popular YouTubers and various music videos, which helped me gain experience in different areas of the industry.

One of the most rewarding parts of my journey has been meeting and working alongside talented actors and industry professionals. I’ve had the chance to meet actors such as Liam Neeson, Pamela Anderson, Pete Davidson, Eddie Murphy, Patrick Wilson, and many others. Experiences like these have motivated me to keep growing as an actor and continue pursuing new opportunities.

Today, I remain focused on building my acting career, taking on new roles, expanding my network, and learning from every project I am fortunate enough to be a part of.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It definitely hasn’t been a completely smooth road. Like many actors, I’ve faced challenges finding consistent opportunities, dealing with rejection, and balancing work while pursuing my goals. Breaking into the industry takes patience, persistence, and a lot of faith in yourself. There were times when things moved slower than I hoped, but each setback taught me something valuable and helped me grow both personally and professionally.

One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is to stay committed even when results aren’t immediate. Every audition, project, and connection has been a stepping stone. Looking back, those struggles helped build the resilience and work ethic that continue to drive me forward today.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
One of my biggest accomplishments so far was having the opportunity to be on set with Liam Neeson and Pamela Anderson. Being able to not only work alongside such accomplished actors but also have conversations with them was an incredible experience. It gave me valuable insight into the industry and reinforced my passion for pursuing acting at a higher level.

What I’m most proud of is continuing to push forward, building my career one project at a time, and staying committed to my goals despite the challenges that come with the industry. I believe what sets me apart is my determination, willingness to learn, and ability to connect with people from all walks of life. I approach every role and every set with professionalism, gratitude, and a strong work ethic, always looking for ways to grow as both an actor and a person.

What would you say have been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned?
The most important lesson I’ve learned is that success in this industry requires patience, persistence, and consistency. Acting is a journey filled with opportunities, challenges, and rejection, and I’ve learned not to let setbacks define me. Every audition, every project, and every experience teaches you something valuable.

I’ve also learned the importance of building genuine relationships and treating everyone with respect, regardless of their role on set. Some of the best opportunities come from the connections you make and the reputation you build. Staying humble, continuing to learn, and showing up prepared every day have been some of the keys to my growth. Most importantly, I’ve learned to trust the process and keep moving forward, even when the path isn’t always clear.
