Daily Inspiration: Meet Niah B

Today we’d like to introduce you to Niah B.

Hi Niah, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
My journey in management began when I took on the role of managing two rising artists, YK Niece and Pluto, during the peak of their success with one of the hottest songs of 2025. That experience gave me firsthand insight into artist development, branding, promotion, and navigating the music industry. As time progressed, I continued managing Pluto through the end of the year in November , helping guide her career and growth as an artist.

Today, I remain actively involved in artist management and am focused on developing the next generation of female talent. I currently manage and work with emerging artists including Tyniee, DiamondCappriella, Mohogany and a promising 15-year-old artist named Kelz. My goal is to help artists build sustainable careers while creating opportunities that extend beyond music.

In addition to management, I founded VYRA Network, an independent reality television network scheduled to launch in August 2026. The network is dedicated to showcasing diverse personalities from different backgrounds while also providing a platform for music artists to highlight their talent, tell their stories, and connect with new audiences. One of our flagship series, ATL Pretty Pressure, will also premiere in August 2026, bringing together dynamic personalities and emerging talent in a fresh and authentic reality television experience.

Through both artist management and media production, I am committed to creating opportunities, building brands, and helping talent reach their full potential while expanding the reach of independent entertainment.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Although I have been blessed with God’s favor throughout my journey, the road to success has not always been smooth. Like any career, there have been challenges, setbacks, and moments when things did not go according to plan. I’ve learned that building artists, managing personalities, and creating new opportunities requires patience, consistency, and faith. There were times when plans had to change, partnerships ended, or goals took longer to achieve than expected. However, through every obstacle, I remained focused and trusted God’s direction for my life. By His grace, every challenge became a lesson, and every setback helped prepare me for the next level. Those experiences have strengthened me as a manager, entrepreneur, and leader, and they continue to motivate me as I build my artists and grow VYRA Network.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I am best known for artist management, talent development, and creating opportunities for emerging entertainers. Throughout my career, I have focused on helping artists build their brands, expand their reach, and position themselves for long-term success. Beyond management, I am a songwriter ,also the founder of VYRA Network, an upcoming reality television network that will provide a platform for personalities and artists to showcase their stories and talents.

What I am most proud of is the journey and the people I’ve met along the way. I have been fortunate enough to build meaningful relationships, make valuable industry connections, and gain experiences that once seemed out of reach. I’ve had the opportunity to be involved with a Live Nation tour, contribute to projects that achieved Gold and Platinum success, and watch my name be mentioned in rooms I had not even stepped into yet. Most importantly, I am proud that through hard work, faith, sweat, and sacrifice, I have been able to help provide for and take care of my family.
I am also incredibly proud of creating VYRA Network, a vision that is quickly becoming a reality and one that I believe will have a major impact in the entertainment industry. Seeing an idea grow into a platform that can create opportunities for others is one of my greatest accomplishments.

What sets me apart is my commitment to the people and projects I represent. No matter the circumstances, I stand on the front line with those I work with. I am known for getting things done, handling business first, and finding solutions even when there is no clear roadmap. When challenges arise, I don’t wait for opportunities ,I create them. I pride myself on being dependable, resourceful, and someone people can call when they need results. My ability to execute, adapt, and deliver under pressure has been one of the keys to my success and the success of those around me.

Do you have any advice for those looking to network or find a mentor?
One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that mentorship and networking are built through genuine relationships, not just introductions. The best advice I can give is to be consistent, show up, and always bring value to the people around you. Don’t focus on what someone can do for you, focus on what you can learn and how you can contribute.
What has worked well for me is being authentic, staying professional, and keeping my word. Many of the opportunities I’ve received came from relationships I built over time, not overnight. I’ve learned that every conversation matters because you never know who is watching your work or speaking your name in rooms you’ve never entered.
I also believe in being fearless when it comes to networking. Attend events, introduce yourself, ask questions, and don’t be afraid to follow up. Some of the most valuable connections I’ve made started with a simple conversation. At the same time, it’s important to remain teachable and open to guidance from those who have already achieved what you’re working toward.
Most importantly, trust God’s timing. The right mentors, opportunities, and relationships often appear when you’ve done the work and are prepared for the next level. Stay consistent, remain humble, and let your work speak for itself. The connections will follow.
