Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My journey began as a board-certified Dermatology Certified Nurse Practitioner (DCNP), where I fell in love with the clinical side of skin health. However, my ultimate passion has always been about much more than just the science of aesthetics. It’s about helping patients look and feel like the absolute best, most confident versions of themselves. I wanted to move away from the industry’s trend of “wrinkle-chasing” and instead focus on comprehensive, untraceable facial balancing that they leave CULT Clinics feeling entirely like themselves.

Driven by that mission to elevate patient care and industry standards, my co-founder and I built an entire ecosystem centered on exceptional results and education. Together, we’ve expanded CULT Clinics to serve our incredible communities in Atlanta, Dallas, and now Phoenix, alongside launching Squeeze Skin and the CULT Conference to inspire and train top-tier injectors nationwide. Today, whether I’m treating a patient in the clinic or teaching at a seminar, everything comes back to that core purpose: empowering people to look, feel, and live at their absolute best.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It definitely hasn’t been a completely smooth road, but the challenges are what shape you. In the beginning, you wear every single hat, which is part of the entrepreneurial grind that I genuinely love. But as we began scaling CULT Clinics across Atlanta, Dallas, and Phoenix, trying to manage everything took a toll.

One of my biggest struggles was learning how to step back and build a team I could truly delegate to. I’ve realized that great leadership isn’t just innate. It’s a skill that can be studied and learned like anything else. Finding key team members who share our vision and high standards has been absolutely instrumental. Surrounding myself with the right people has allowed our companies to excel, giving me the freedom to focus on what matters most: empowering our team and ensuring our patients look and feel their absolute best.
