Exploring Life & Business with Anissa Clark of Hypnotic Gypsy

Today we’d like to introduce you to Anissa Clark.

Hi Anissa, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I knew from an early age my purpose and contribution to the world would be beneficial, but it must be done in my own way. The only way that I can act on my purpose and creativity is to pursue a career as an entrepreneur. Prior to starting my entrepreneurial journey, I worked as a healthcare professional for six years. I enjoyed my time working with many other healthcare professionals such as nurses, doctors, therapists, etc – I learned a lot from both patients and co-workers, and I witnessed a lot. With time, I began to realize that I wasn’t happy because I couldn’t execute on my creativity because I was too busy applying majority of my time, attention and dedication to someone else’s vision.

I ended up quitting my job and decided to apply the same time, attention and dedication to my business— something I believe that can also be a great asset to the world.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The journey has not been easy, but I honestly wouldn’t change anything leading up to this current day. As stated before, I spent almost a decade doing something that didn’t bring me happiness. I loved working with and connecting with patients, and I loved contributing to their healing but I wanted to do it from a different perspective. I listened to patients complain about consuming too much medication or the medications they were on never seemed to work as promised, and if the medication did work – it created another issue elsewhere within the body.

Launching Hypnotic Gypsy, my Mother and I knew it would be tough to convince people to try CBD to resolve every issue within one product. We knew we would encounter different challenges such as a group of people will forever believe in man-made medicine and/or a group of people would want a bit more than just CBD. As much as we love to learn, we love to educate our clientele as well.

My mother ( Charlmane Clark ) and I ( Anissa Clark ) created this mother-daughter duo business with a direct initiative to inspire and educate each community with a better understanding about cannabinoid, and the health benefits of utilizing organic and vegan-based cannabinoid products.
