Hi Carl, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
Blake Storey and Carl Meadows met in the local Chattanooga health scene in 2016 and realized a need for an integrative, holistic, wellness center. A one-stop shop for all things health. So they started laying the groundwork for what is today. Chattanooga’s premier integrative wellness center, Chattanooga Holistic Medicine

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It wasn’t always easy or smooth. It took a lot of sacrifice and learning from mistakes But we had a vision and kept our vision forward. We were always available and accountable. We worked nights, weekends and for free many times until we didn’t need to so much. Once the groundwork had been laid and the wheels were turning we were able to hire more people to meet the demand of our growing client base and it gave us time and space to create and grow our business.

Our mission is to provide integrative wellness to our community using valuable and proven holistic healthcare modalities. We work as a team to provide the most effective and trusted care to our patients. We blend our technical application of our learned skills with an overall experience of a healing and serene environment.

We are the only place in Chattanooga where you can find under one roof; acupuncture, massage therapy, chiropractic, personal training, pilates, somatic health, functional medicine, lab testing, supplement retail, chinese medicine and weekly group classes like yoga, tai-chi and weight training.

We are a membership based business where members pay a monthly rate to enjoy all of our services.

Where we are in life is often partly because of others. Who/what else deserves credit for how your story turned out?
Definitely some of our members who have been with us since day one. We have been in business for 10 years. And our wives who have always been supportive. They have helped us with branding and stylizing and decorating our space to feel serene.
