Exploring Life & Business with Krista Horton of Hands To Body

Today we’d like to introduce you to Krista Horton.

Hi Krista, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I’m 23 years old and own Hands To Body Med Spa. I started this business when I was 18 years old and have grown from 2 clients a week to now 10-15 clients a week. I now have a beautiful employee named Heavann Hand and a medical director named Dr. John Vu. I started out with massage therapy and really dove into the art of body sculpting in 2021. As of right now I’m expanding my knowledge into the world of peptides and continue to dive deeper into Body Sculpting services.
Helping women feel their best has always been my passion. I love working with women, hearing their stories, and pushing them onto a healthier path.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Owning a business has absolutely been a bumpy road. I’ve had to prepare for extremely slow months and then extremely busy months. It’s always a roller coaster ride when operating your own company. When you look back at all the obstacles you face though, it is absolutely beautiful to see how you make it out stronger each time.

As you know, we’re big fans of Hands To Body. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
I own a Body Sculpting/ Massage therapy business called Hands To Body. We offer a wide range of services- from body detox to fat loss, to deep tissue massage, anything body esthetics or body health.
My Medical director is Doctor John Vu, and my only employee is Heavann Hand.
I’m most known for the Body sculpting side of things. Body sculpting is a beautiful non invasive way to reshape your body. We use fat loss, skin tightening, muscle building, and many more techniques to create a dream physique.
The other side of my business, is massage therapy. I believe God has blessed me to be able to read the muscles and intricate parts of the human body to help someone get on the path of healing. I offer all types of massages and detox wraps.
I believe what sets my business apart is the ability to connect with clients on a deeper level, really listen to their concerns and efficiently correct what they want fixed.

Any big plans?
For my future plans, I always want God to lead and guide every foot step I take. I’d love to have a bigger space one day that offers a wider range of services. I’d also love to see my employee grow into a larger scale of business and to expand her career as well. Wherever I end up, I hope I’m still helping women feel their absolute best.
