Hi Nicole ‘It Girl’, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Well, I am a publicist and Advertising professional. I have a bachelor’s degree and awarded as top seller and manager for Fortune 500 companies. I found my interest while studying pre med in college I was always the IT Girl from fashion to the places to go, to persona, and being versatile – I was a multi-athlete and good dancer. So I planned our weekends and friend dates and started dressing friends and as I finished college, I became a freelance personal stylist. So I switched my major because I realized I didn’t want to be in the hospital atmosphere and I found that I could build a career as a publicist still doing all the things I did by habit. In school, I also focused on Advertising and Media Marketing to be well-rounded.

This year 2022, I’m branching off from Corporate 9-5 and building my own agency for talent management, negotiations, creative business marketing, PR, and event curation. Everyone can check my current work on my Instagram all info is posted and shared.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I’m a first-generation to attend college and finish and work consecutively as an entrepreneur and small business owner. It wasn’t taught I didn’t have a clear example and no support.

Relationships come and go but you live and learn and implement for progression to be successful.

As a young adult with distant family structure, I was lucky to have the knack for improvisation and my personality as an Aquarius is eccentric and Optimistic.

I have doubters/naysayer’s imitaters and haters, foreal! But What I say I’m going to do I do! Then I became a single parent. I stayed in school pregnant living alone and graduated. Personally, I’ve rebranded and am rebranding now and evolution is natural nothing to be fearful about. I’m on my third life and this time, I might just get it right Million dollar IT Girl coming soon!

So what does it mean to be an It Girl? It’s a way to define your personality and spirit. By definition, an It Girl is a young woman with sex appeal and a magnetic personality. An extremely popular and attractive young socialite or celebrity.

The OG It girls are like Audrey Hepburn, Marilyn Monroe, Tina Turner, Grace Jones, Paris Hilton. Even today Alexis Sky.
