Hi Paige, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
My journey started in healthcare. over two decades ago, but I found my true passion in aesthetics. I built Rooty Aesthetics from the ground up with a focus on root cause protocols in skin and body health, education, and helping people feel confident. Through a lot of hard work, continuous learning, and a commitment to doing things differently, we’ve grown into an award-winning practice that I’m incredibly proud of today.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Not at all. Like any growing business, there have been plenty of challenges along the way. As you scale, you’re constantly navigating new responsibilities, building systems, managing a team, adapting to change, and learning lessons you simply can’t learn until you’re in it. Every stage of growth brings a different set of challenges, but I’ve always viewed them as opportunities to learn, improve, and build something stronger. The road definitely hasn’t been smooth, but it’s been incredibly rewarding.

Rooty Aesthetics is a boutique medical aesthetics practice located in downtown Cartersville, Georgia. Our focus is helping clients achieve healthy, confident skin through personalized treatment plans rather than one-size-fits-all solutions.

We specialize in skin rejuvenation, corrective skincare, advanced facials, microneedling, PRP, chemical peels, laser treatments, plasma fibroblast skin tightening, and permanent makeup services. We are especially known for creating customized treatment plans that combine in-office treatments with clinical-grade skincare to deliver long-term results.

Success means making a positive impact on the people I serve, creating opportunities for my team, and building something that improves the lives of others. It means having the freedom to be present for my family, continuing to grow personally and professionally, and knowing that I’ve stayed true to who I am throughout the process.

At the end of the day, success isn’t just about what you’ve built, it’s about how you’ve built it, who you’ve helped along the way, and whether you’re proud of the person you’ve become in the process.
