Hidden Gems: Meet Brittini Pearson of Brittini Eryn Beauty

Today we’d like to introduce you to Brittini Pearson.

Hi Brittini, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
My makeup journey started in high school, where I was the friend everyone called on for pageants and prom. It was never a chore it was just something I loved. My older sister was a makeup artist at MAC Cosmetics, and her influence was everything. Watching her work taught me more than I realized at the time, and that foundation led me straight into my own career at MAC, where I spent eight years deeply honing my artistry and developing a real foundation in business. From there, my path took me to some of the most iconic names in the industry Makeup by Mario, CHANEL, and ILIA and I haven’t looked back since.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The road hasn’t been easy. Beauty is a hustle, and there are moments where I genuinely question if it’s worth it. But the moment I’m with a client, that doubt fades completely. There’s something powerful about taking someone’s vision and making it real seeing them light up, feeling confident, walking away transformed. That’s what fills my cup. That’s why I keep showing up.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
I’ve been serving clients across the Atlanta and Chicago markets for the last 22 years, and honestly my clients are my pride and joy. My business is entirely referral-based. Many of the women I work with have been with me for 15 or more years, and I now have the honor of serving the people they love and trust enough to send my way. That means everything to me.

I specialize in timeless, classic beauty but what truly sets me apart is the education piece. When I’m working one-on-one with a client, I want them to genuinely understand their skin, their features, and why we’re making the choices we’re making. My goal is that when they leave me, they feel confident and capable not just beautiful for that moment, but equipped.

Whether you’re preparing for your wedding day, navigating a boardroom, or just ready to feel like yourself again , I meet women exactly where they are. My niche is women in their 30s and beyond who feel stuck in a makeup rut, who have been reaching for the same Urban Decay Naked palette since college and are ready for something more elevated. I want to be the person who brings confidence back, who makes classic beauty feel accessible, and who creates a space where women aren’t afraid to say “I don’t know” because that’s exactly why they’re coming to me.

Brides hold a very special place in my heart. I love connecting with them early in their engagement, because it gives us the time and space to truly romanticize something: a look, a vision, a feeling they may have been dreaming about for years. Getting to help cultivate that image, to help a bride step into who she sees herself as on her most special day that is incredibly meaningful to me.

What I’m most proud of, brand wise, is that Brittini Eryn Beauty is a true reflection of who I am. I’m not chasing millions of Instagram followers. I’m in it for the one-on-one connection and the joy of helping women see themselves differently. And while I’m still growing, having my clients actively refer their friends and family tells me I’m doing something right.

What I want readers to know is this: I focus on fundamentals. The right foundation shade. A properly blended bronzer. A clean liner. A daytime eye look you can actually recreate at home. Those are the tools I want to put in your hands. The trendy stuff? We’ll get there but confidence comes first.

Before we let you go, we’ve got to ask if you have any advice for those who are just starting out?
I love this question because there is so much I wish I had known then that I know now.

The most important thing I can say is to be confident in who you are. This generation of makeup artists and creatives has something we didn’t have coming up, and that is the entire world at their fingertips. Social media is powerful and influential, and while that is an incredible gift, it can also pull you away from yourself if you are not careful. Don’t try to emulate what everyone else is doing. Your uniqueness is your value.

Study your craft. Understand the mechanics behind what you are doing, not just what looks good but why it works. And never stop learning.

That last part was actually taught to me by someone I will never forget. When I was at MAC over 20 years ago, there was a woman on my team who was in her 60s. She told me something that has stuck with me ever since. She said every day is a school day. She meant it, and so do I. No matter where you are in your journey, there is always something new to discover, refine, and grow into. The artists who understand that are the ones who truly last.
