When people see the sold signs, closings, and accomplishments today, they often assume the journey was easy. What they don’t see are the sacrifices, setbacks, and prayers behind the scenes. My name is Ciara Janay, and I am a REALTOR®, entrepreneur, fiancée, and proud boy mom. I got into real estate because I wanted to create opportunities for my family while helping others achieve the dream of homeownership. The road wasn’t easy. I sold just one home my first year and one home my second year. There were plenty of moments when I questioned myself, but I refused to quit. Those early challenges taught me resilience, consistency, and the importance of building genuine relationships. Today, I am blessed to be a top-producing agent serving families throughout Georgia and Wisconsin. I specialize in first-time homebuyers, new construction, sellers, and investors. What sets me apart is that I don’t view my clients as transactions—I genuinely care about the people I serve and treat every client like family. In 2026, I also fulfilled another dream by opening and licensing Comfort Cove Adult Family Home, furthering my mission of serving others and creating a lasting impact. If there’s one thing I hope people take from my story, it’s that success doesn’t happen overnight. With faith, perseverance, and a willingness to keep going, even when the results aren’t immediate, anything is possible. And the best part of my story is that I’m just getting started.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Not at all. My journey has been anything but smooth. I sold just one home my first year in real estate and one home my second year. There were plenty of moments when I questioned myself and wondered if I should keep going. But instead of giving up, I chose to learn, grow, and stay consistent. Those challenging years taught me resilience, patience, and the importance of building genuine relationships. Looking back, I’m grateful for the struggle because it shaped the agent, business owner, and person I am today. success doesn’t happen overnight, it comes from showing up, staying committed, and refusing to quit.
