Today we’d like to introduce you to Dr. Roneisha Randall.
Hi Dr. Roneisha , we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My journey has been rooted in purpose, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to helping others become their best selves. At just 16, I experienced one of the most defining moments of my life, losing my father in my arms. That moment didn’t break me. It built me. It shaped how I move through the world and ignited a passion to live and lead with intention.
Today, I’m the founder of BEthat! LLC, a transformational brand where I serve as a speaker, author, coach, and director. Through my work and my book, The Power of BEthat, I help women and professionals unlock their potential, walk boldly in purpose, and lead with unshakeable confidence. What started as a calling has grown into a movement that reaches far beyond any single room or stage.
My work is also deeply anchored in community. As a Community Partnership School Director, I lead a comprehensive strategy that meets students and families where they are, addressing not just academic success, but the cognitive, physical, social, and emotional needs of the whole child while redefining how schools serve the communities built around them.
That work keeps me grounded and it fuels everything I build through my brand.
At the core of everything I do is one mission: helping people step fully and fearlessly into who they are called to be.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I’ve learned to see challenges not as setbacks, but as the very thing that sharpens you. Every obstacle I’ve faced has stretched me, refined me, and pushed me closer to the version of myself I was always meant to become.
One of the biggest growth areas has been the business side of building a brand, mastering strategy, systems, and learning how to scale impact intentionally. I don’t shy away from that truth. I’m still growing, and I wear that openly because I believe the most dangerous person in the room is the one who never stops learning. I’ve also been intentional about surrounding myself with wisdom, seeking out people who have already walked the path, asking hard questions, and staying humble enough to receive what I need for the next level.
As you know, we’re big fans of BE THAT!. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
BEthat! LLC is a purpose-driven brand and personal transformation platform focused on helping women and professionals unlock their full potential and live with intention. But before it became a brand, it became a decision, a moment where I looked inward, chose better for myself, and made a commitment to elevate every area of my life. I knew God had more for me, and I refused to settle for anything less than that. That internal shift is the foundation of everything BEthat! stands for.
THAT is actually an acronym – Thrive, Hope, Affirm, and Transcend. My message to people everywhere I go is simple: you can be a lot of things in this life, but I want you to BEthat! Be the person who thrives. Be the person who holds onto hope. Be the person who affirms their own worth. Be the person who transcends every limitation that was placed on them, or that they placed on themselves. That’s the heartbeat of this brand and the message I carry into every room I enter.
Through speaking, coaching, mentorship, and my book The Power of BEthat, I equip individuals with the mindset, confidence, and clarity they need to grow personally and lead effectively. I specialize in transformation, leadership development, and personal growth, helping people move from where they are to who they were always meant to become. Whether I’m speaking on a stage, facilitating a workshop, or working with clients one-on-one, my approach is rooted in authenticity, faith, and practical strategies that create real, lasting change.
What sets BEthat! apart is that it’s not just motivational, it’s transformational. I don’t just inspire people in the moment; I give them the tools, structure, and support to take action and see real results. My work is grounded in lived experience, as a leader in both education and community, I don’t just teach transformation, I model it.
What I’m most proud of is simply the impact, and I don’t take it lightly. There is something that moves me deeply about pouring into a woman who begins to realize there is so much more available to her, a young person who starts to love themselves, or a family that turns barriers into breakthroughs. I don’t take credit for those moments; I just try to show up and be a vessel. And honestly, while I’m pouring into others, I’m still growing too. I’m still navigating, still learning, still becoming. That’s what makes this work so real to me.
BEthat! is more than a brand, it’s the reminder the world needs and that purpose is not reserved for a select few. It belongs to anyone willing to do the work.
How do you think about happiness?
What makes me happy is living a life that feels aligned, where I’m walking in purpose, making an impact, and surrounded by genuine love. I find joy in seeing people grow and step into who they are called to be. Whether it’s through my work, coaching, or simply pouring into others, knowing that I’m adding value to someone’s life brings me a deep sense of fulfillment.
I also value the personal side of life, love, family, and meaningful relationships. As I prepare for a new chapter in my life, I’m reminded that success isn’t just about what you accomplish, but also about the life you build and the people you share it with.
