Hi Indira, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
My journey with The Luxe Mom Collective started after becoming a mother for the first time. Like so many women, I noticed there was this unspoken belief that once you become a mom, you somehow have to lose yourself in the process. I wanted to challenge that narrative.

I created The Luxe Mom Collective to be a reminder that motherhood doesn’t have to mean the end of who you are. You can be an incredible mother, show up fully for your children, and still prioritize yourself, your goals, your confidence, and your well-being. To me, being a “Luxe Mom” isn’t about luxury items or perfection. It’s a mindset.

It’s about giving yourself permission to pour into your family without completely emptying yourself. It’s about maintaining your identity, taking care of your mental and physical health, and embracing every season of motherhood with confidence.

What started as a platform to share my own experiences has grown into a community where moms feel seen, encouraged, and inspired. My goal has always been to help women understand that motherhood can add to your life, not take away from it. You can love your children deeply and still love yourself. You can be present for your family while continuing to grow, evolve, and pursue the things that bring you joy.

That’s the heart behind The Luxe Mom Collective and the message I’ll continue sharing with moms everywhere.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Like any meaningful journey, there have definitely been challenges along the way, but I choose to view them as opportunities for growth. One of the biggest has been building a community from the ground up while simultaneously living the very season of life I’m speaking to.

When I started The Luxe Mom Collective, I was navigating motherhood myself. Becoming a mom, then welcoming a second child, all while balancing work, family responsibilities, and everyday life. Learning how to consistently show up for my community while also being present for my family has required a lot of intention, flexibility, and grace.

The beautiful part is that those experiences have made the brand even more authentic. Every challenge, lesson, and milestone has allowed me to connect with other moms on a deeper level because I’m living it right alongside them. Rather than seeing the obstacles as setbacks, I see them as reminders of why this community is so important.

We’ve been impressed with Beauties With Brains, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Beauties With Brains is a women’s empowerment and networking organization that I founded with the mission of creating meaningful opportunities for women to connect, learn, and grow both personally and professionally. Since launching the organization, we’ve become known for producing impactful community events that bring together ambitious women, entrepreneurs, executives, and thought leaders in a way that feels authentic, inspiring, and intentional.

One thing that sets Beauties With Brains apart is our commitment to creating experiences, not just events. Every detail is thoughtfully curated to ensure attendees leave feeling empowered, connected, and equipped with valuable relationships and resources they can carry with them long after the event ends. Our focus has always been on quality, purpose, and creating genuine value for the women we serve.

Brand-wise, I am most proud of the community we’ve built and the standard we’ve set within the event space. Many of our events have consistently sold out, and we’ve had the opportunity to host incredible speakers, create memorable experiences, and bring together women who may have never crossed paths otherwise. Seeing collaborations, friendships, business partnerships, and personal growth come from those connections has been one of the most rewarding parts of the journey.

In addition to hosting events, I also offer branding services and event consulting, where I help entrepreneurs, organizations, and business owners bring their visions to life. Whether it’s building a brand, creating a strategic event experience, securing partnerships, or growing a community, I enjoy helping others create meaningful experiences that make a lasting impact.

What I want readers to know most is that Beauties With Brains is more than a brand or an event series. It’s a community built on connection, collaboration, and the belief that there is room for all of us to succeed. Our goal has always been to create spaces where women feel seen, supported, inspired, and empowered to become the best version of themselves.

What matters most to you?
My faith is the foundation of everything I do. It keeps me grounded during life’s highest highs and carries me through its most difficult moments. There have been seasons when I didn’t have all the answers, when things didn’t go according to plan, and when I felt overwhelmed by the weight of it all. Through every season, my relationship with God has been my source of strength, peace, and perspective. It reminds me that my purpose is bigger than any challenge I may face.

My children are my greatest blessing and my greatest motivation. Becoming a mother changed me in ways I never could have imagined. They inspire me to be better, dream bigger, and lead by example every single day. Everything I build, whether it’s my businesses, my community work, or the legacy I’m creating, is rooted in my desire to show them what is possible through faith, hard work, resilience, and love.

At the end of the day, success isn’t defined by accomplishments or recognition. It’s knowing that I’m raising kind, confident, and compassionate children while staying true to the values and faith that guide my life. That’s what matters most to me, and that’s the legacy I hope to leave behind.
