Hi Jemiah, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I was born in Greenville, South Carolina in the 1980s, raised in other places — during a time and environment where instability wasn’t rare… it was normal.
My father wasn’t around.
My mother worked hard to hold things together.
And like many families of that era, we lived close to the consequences of the drug epidemic that impacted entire communities across the South.
Very early, I learned something that would later shape my life’s work:
Chaos compounds when there is no structure.
Pressure exposes what was never built to hold.
Long before I understood business, I understood exposure.
I understood what it felt like to live in environments where survival depended on adaptability, emotional awareness, resilience, and learning how to read risk before it fully arrived.
That awareness followed me into entrepreneurship.
Over the last 20+ years, I built businesses, advised leaders, coached high performers, and worked alongside founders, executives, professional athletes, nonprofits, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
And across every room — regardless of wealth, title, or success — I noticed the same pattern:
Many people had built profitable lives…
without building structures that could truly protect them.
Businesses growing without transferability.
Founders carrying invisible pressure alone.
Leaders succeeding publicly while privately feeling exposed.
Companies generating revenue while lacking clarity, control, and optionality.
That realization became the foundation of my work.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I’ve had several start-ups, some great, others expensive lessons. I’ve suffered through every emotion – loss, depression, failure, anger, abandonment, homelessness,- and that’s the beauty of it all. I truly believe, ALL things work for your good, IF, you believe it so.
