Today we’d like to introduce you to Mary Petto.

Mary, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
20 years ago when my children were small, I suffered from panic attacks regularly. But one day I read something about the power of one’s mindset and how it can shift your reality–and after that day I never had another anxiety attack. I went on to coaching and speaking about how to quantum leap one’s success with the power of mindset.
Many years into this business and having published a book on the topic, “The Family Guide to the Law of Attraction,“ I recognized that there are people that cannot embrace a vision of the future for themselves because of emotional turmoil, preoccupation, or other mental health issues.
With the goal of making sure as many people as possible can achieve what they want in their lives, I studied various modalities and became certified in both mindfulness, as well as a new therapeutic coaching technique called Rapid Resolution Therapy. Combining these modalities, I’ve created an opportunity to heal people’s emotional loops in one session. Whether a person is preoccupied with anxiety, resentment, grief, trauma, OCD, undiagnosed chronic pain, relationship issues, etc., I can clear it for them in about 90 minutes’ time. The results are natural, automatic, and lasting, and I am pleased to share that not only do I now get referrals from therapists, but people who experience my Rapid Turmoil Resolution sessions not only feel better right away, but they go on to really enjoy their lives to the fullest, able to clearly set their sights on a vision for themselves and watching and experiencing the manifestation of that vision.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It hasn’t always been smooth road.
In the beginning, terms like “manifesting,“ “the law of attraction,“ and other such intention-setting mindset techniques were not heard of–it was long before TikTok. I actually was “in the closet” in the beginning of my journey to help others achieve what they want, only offering to assist with this methodology when I learned that they were at rock bottom. But with each successful client encouraging me to go “come out” about the work I was doing, I finally did hang the shingle out and was able to speak about the science behind how mindset work equates to success in all aspects of one life.
In more recent years as I’ve been offering Rapid Turmoil Resolution sessions, I’ve been challenged that this work can’t be real; people have a hard time believing that if they’ve been in therapy for many years on a weekly basis that I can help resolve their issue in under two hours. Even when I’m referred directly from a client to someone they know who is struggling, that person will often still choose to continue doing what they’re doing, even if they aren’t making progress. This is the nature of humans: skepticism and doubt.

Where we are in life is often partly because of others. Who/what else deserves credit for how your story turned out?
The spark of intuition and right-time/right-place moments always leads to the inspiration of the leaders and discoverers who came before us. Were it not for the published authors who have written about the natural laws of the Universe, such as Rhonda Byrne, Dr. Joe Dispenza, and others, I might still be suffering in isolation today from anxiety and panic disorder, and I would not have been driven to help my fellow humans achieve their happiness. I must also credit Dr. Jon Connelly, my teacher and the creator of the Rapid Resolution Therapy(R) modality. But–most importantly–the journey of setting out on one’s purpose, through the container of a business is not possible with the unconditional support and understanding of your family, partner, or your tribe. My husband has supported my mission from the beginning, and has carried me through the most trying of setbacks as well as pushed me to be more seen and to amplify my message–that everyone has the power to create the reality they want to experience.
