Today we’d like to introduce you to Mike Kelleher

Hi Mike, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
(R)Evolution is a NonSurgical Cosmetic Practice I opened in Decatur, GA, July 5, 2021. We specialize in NonSurgical Full Facial Rejuvenation utilizing the newest, most advanced devices and techniques. I have been practicing in this subspecialty of medicine for a good ten years and practicing medicine in general for 20+ years.

I never set out to become an entrepreneur or open my own practice, but after working with multiple large practices over the years, after consulting and visiting with hundreds of practices across the country, I felt there was a different way to do it. A “better” way in my eyes. A way in which the patient continues to be paramount in treatment, and we can address all of the patient’s aesthetic needs…holistically…while maintaining a natural look. Patients will always look like themselves, just the best version of ourselves at this point in time in our lives. Not selling anyone anything, complete honesty in the results that can be attained, and providing the best patient care experience that I possibly can.

Since our opening we have been awarded Best MedSpa in Decatur 2022, 2023, 2024. Best Dermal Filler Decatur 2024, Best Nonsurgical Facial Rejuvenation Atlanta 2024. Very grateful and blessed.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
This has been a long and winding road, but the journey justified the destination, and I don’t know that I would do anything any differently. I had to have the experiences I had in order to end up where I am today. The journey of 1000 miles begins with one step.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about (R)Evolution?
(R)Evolution is always on the cutting edge of the latest, safest, and best aesthetic procedures and techniques. (R)Evolution was the first practice in GA to offer EndoLift and the only practice in GA to offer the LightScan Fractional Laser.

LightScan Fractional laser allows me to treat almost every skin type with minimal to no downtime. We can treat lines, wrinkles, pigmentation, and overall skin rejuvenation all over the face (including eyelids).

Can you talk to us a bit about the role of luck?
As the quote goes, “I believe luck is preparation meeting opportunity. If you hadn’t been prepared when the opportunity came along, you wouldn’t have been lucky.” You create your own luck, good or bad by your attitude and approach to life. If you believe that you cant…then you won’t. I believe and know I can, so I do.
