Hi Negar, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Hi , first of all let me thank you for your time and sharing my story.

I was 22 years old when I moved to this great Nation from Iran, since day one I knew how lucky I am however moving to a new country is not easy when you left your parents, friends, and jobs behind. Gladly I had my lovely sister (Shokoufeh) here to show me the right path and made the whole process easier. I still remember the day I got my first job at McDonald’s in Cumming, started my full-time job while I was getting myself ready to get into Premier Collage. I used to wake up at 3am to be at work at 4am till 12 pm then going to school till night, all those days I was telling myself that the situation won’t stay the same if I worked and study hard because I believed that Olives are pressed to release oil.

I was in college back in 2014 when I got a job offer from a great friend (Hooman) to become an insurance producer and that decision has changed my life. I got my license and started to work in his insurance office, it only took me three months to figure out how much I love my job which made me to set a goal for myself to open my own agency and that happened in 2017, the same year I got graduated from Georgia State University in Business. Nothing was easy and have not become easier these days. I am the luckiest Agent/ person in town to have such an amazing and supportive client , family and friends.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
As an immigrant, absolutely NOT! The language barrier was the main challenge as it affected the ability to communicate with others, cultural differences, having no friends…

My life was like a roller coaster specially for the past few years. It has its ups and downs but it’s my choice to either scream or enjoy the ride. Struggle thought me a lot of things and I am happy that I witnessed the ride.

Starting a business from scratch was not an easy decision however I was believing in myself and knew all the hard work, sacrifices, sleepless nights, struggles, and downfalls, will pay off.

Remember, there is no smooth road into the future, but we go around or scramble over the obstacles.

Negar Farah Agency was born back in 2017 however I am in insurance field since 2014. I am a professional who makes sure individuals are protected from life-threatening incidents or unfortunate accidents. My team and I are responsible for identifying sales opportunities for Insurance plans and overseeing a portfolio of clients. I customize insurance policies to meet my client’s needs. I can speak Farsi to whom are not comfortable to speak English. Negar Farah agency is known for great customer service, honesty, and knowledge on a variety of products…

We are a one stop shop that offers Auto, Home, Life, Commercial, Pet, Boat, Motorcycle… to provide convenience and efficiency to our lovely clients. I am 24/7 available via call/text/email. We are supporting/sponsoring Roswell / Sandy springs Police and fire departments, schools, CAC and etc. My agency would love to be engage with our community events and see our great clients face to face to answer their questions. My agency did receive so many awards and achievements each year that tells how hard we have been working since day one.

What would you say have been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned?
NOT giving up is the most important lesson I have learned during the past few years. Grapes must be crushed to make wine! Whenever I feel crushed, under pressure, or in darkness, I am in a powerful place. BELIEVE you can and you are halfway there!
