We’re looking forward to introducing you to Dr. Marcia Credle. Check out our conversation below.
Marcia, it’s always a pleasure to learn from you and your journey. Let’s start with a bit of a warmup: What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?
The first 90 minutes of my day always involves a cup of coffee, reflection time, and then checking emails. I always enjoy coffee because it reminds me of spending time with my mother.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I am an educator, author, motivational speaker, and the founder of Credle Inspired Enterprises and The SheLeads Foundation, Inc. Through my work, I empower women to lead with confidence, reclaim their voice, and move forward boldly in both life and leadership. I work to provide, and help create transformative spaces rooted in authenticity, purpose, and community. My work blends inspiration with practical strategies that help women grow personally, professionally, and spiritually. I believe what sets my brand apart is my ability to turn real-life experiences into meaningful conversations and actionable change—always centering wholeness, resilience, and sisterhood.
I am currently preparing for the 8th Annual Sister Circle Summit, a signature experience designed to uplift, educate, and connect women from all walks of life. This year’s summit builds on a powerful legacy, offering dynamic speakers, intentional conversations, and opportunities for reflection, growth, and connection. More than a conference, the Sister Circle Summit is a movement—creating space for women to be bold, brave, and boundless while strengthening community and celebrating collective impact.
Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. What breaks the bonds between people—and what restores them?
I believe that the lack of authenticity is what breaks the bonds between people. We live in a society that is filled with ways to be something or someone other than ourselves. So when people do not initially present their authentic self, and their true self emerges, it makes it difficult to continue a bond that was once there. The good news is that a bond can be restored with open, honest, authentic, and consistent dialogue. It also takes time to restore a bond.
If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
If I could say one kind thing to my younger self, it would be that it is okay to make mistakes and that mistakes are tools for growth.
Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. Is the public version of you the real you?
Yes, the public version of me is the real me. I enjoy being around people and listening to them. I enjoy giving people a space to be themselves and not have to worry about being judged or how others might perceive them.
Before we go, we’d love to hear your thoughts on some longer-run, legacy type questions. Are you doing what you were born to do—or what you were told to do?
I am finally doing what I was born to do, I believe I was born to educate and motivate others.
