Hi Antwan, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Chef Antwan’s Flour & Flame is a full-service culinary brand specializing in private chef services, catering, handcrafted desserts, and interactive cooking classes. This business was created after my 2 year old son passed away and the only thing to keep my mind off of it was to cook. We provide memorable dining experiences for corporate events, weddings, private dinners, parties, and special occasions throughout the Atlanta area. Our services include Southern-inspired cuisine, custom dessert creations, party platters, kids’ culinary classes, couples cooking classes, and singles cooking experiences. Every dish is made from scratch with quality ingredients, bold flavors, and a passion for bringing people together through food.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
We have had a few bumpy roads as in trying to get out there so everyone knows about us. Clientele is great from a few places I have work and they have tried our food. It also gave us an opportunity to cook for special people as well.
