Hi Roselande, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers.
I have always had a passion for helping but never understood and accepted that the passion was a gift. I remember listening to one of my favorite married couples who shared their debt-free journey on YouTube. On this day, they were interviewing a virtual assistant. I had never heard of that term before, so I tuned in.
As I listened, I began to hear my heart, I began to see my passion and I saw the tasks that I had completed over the years. That was my awakening moment where it all made sense! I clicked the speaker’s link and immediately confirmed with my husband that I would purchase her materials. I started and finished her entire course that same day.
Within that week, my husband and I prayed for a name for the business. He received the revelation one day: Ezer which biblically means to help, rescue, or save. Immediately I knew that name was from the Lord and it settled in my spirit! We added to it and decided on the name Ezer Works VA!
We filed all the paperwork, started the Facebook & Instagram pages, determined the contract and financial processes, and opened for business within a few weeks. Now I have periodic clients needing help with various tasks and projects throughout the year, 4 long-term clients, and in the process of organizing our handbook to start hiring.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It has been a smooth process for the most part. I love that I get to choose my clients, tasks, and projects. I have the opportunity to learn new skills and meet new people.

I am a virtual assistant. I assist nonprofits, business owners, and entrepreneurs with various tasks and projects. EZer Works VA exists to serve these individuals so that they can focus on building their businesses. As a virtual assistant, I come alongside these professionals to provide them with the help and support required to make achieving their goals easier.
A virtual assistant is a valuable investment that will improve any business or project. I alleviate stress and give my clients back one valuable asset: TIME! I free their time which then allows them to focus on accomplishing the goals necessary to take their business to the next level or to successfully complete a project.
I am known for my ability to add value, think of details usually missed, and speedy delivery. I am most proud of my focus on helping Christian business owners and entrepreneurs. My desire is to see the Kingdom advance and come alongside Kingdom visionaries. This is what also sets me apart from others.
What do you think about happiness?
I am most happy when I know that I am in the perfect will of God. It’s a knowing deep down that flows through every area of my life and my workflow. This happiness brings forth a supernatural joy that keeps me going.
