Today we’d like to introduce you to Brenda Falade.

Brenda, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
Over the past couple of years, I’ve watched the stigma of “Snapback” after pregnancy take a toll on Women’s mental health, including mine. In August 2018. I gave birth to the most beautiful baby boy, and even though my new bundle of joy had finally made his appearance, after several weeks, I noticed I still had not “snapped back” like I was hoping I would. I decided I was going to get a mommy makeover with a well known Dr. in Miami. After doing extensive research on Instagram on which Dr. would be the best fit for me, the explore page started displaying things of similar interests and that is when I saw information on body sculpting. It definitely seemed interesting, considering you can get rid of unwanted fat non-invasively, no downtime and get immediate results. Instead of using the money for surgery, I used the money for start-up costs, and the rest is history. Business is still growing and we are celebrating our first year of business already!

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Has it been a smooth road? Pshhh, Heck no. Being a new mom with two existing businesses already, the road to start a third one wasn’t easy. Once everything was in place and I was able to get into the groove of things, it just became 2nd nature. You can ask any business owner and they will tell you that running a business has its ups and downs and it can get overwhelming sometimes. You have customers that make your life a little harder, loosing money sometimes, the mistakes that could have been avoided if you hadn’t been overwhelmed in the first place. Some days all you need is a break, but you can’t take one because a business needs attention almost all of the time. What keeps me going, though, is the smiles I am able to put on people’s faces, and the confidence I am able to restore is what keeps me going on a daily basis. Even though it gets hard sometimes, I am passionate about what I do, & we all know passion produces the best results.
