Hi CC, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I’m a Georgia native, raised in the Metro Atlanta area, and entrepreneurship has been part of my journey since I was 18 years old. Right out of high school, I became a cosmetologist and eventually owned two hair salons while earning two business degrees.
After 10 years of that chapter, I transitioned into corporate America, where I gained valuable business experience and continued to grow professionally. But over time, I realized I didn’t want my earning potential limited by a glass ceiling. As a mother of two young boys, I wanted to create a life where I could provide not only what they needed, but also the opportunities they deserved. That realization led me to pursue a career in real estate.
I’ve now been in real estate for nine years, but the journey didn’t start with immediate success. In fact, I spent almost my entire first year without closing a single sale. That experience taught me one of the biggest lessons of my career: if the business isn’t coming to you, you have to go find it. I learned how to market myself, leverage my sphere of influence, and consistently prospect to build relationships and create opportunities.
In 2021, after preparing for my broker’s license, my business partner and I made the decision to launch League Realty & Associates rather than continue operating as a team. Becoming a broker and brokerage owner was both exciting and humbling because I quickly realized the level of responsibility that comes with leading and serving other agents.
As our vision grew, we made the decision to merge League Realty & Associates with Norluxe Realty, creating Norluxe Realty Midtown. That partnership has allowed us to maintain the hands-on culture that has always been important to us while giving our agents access to the resources, systems, and support of a larger organization.
Today, my greatest passion is coaching and mentoring agents, helping them grow their businesses, build confidence, and create lasting careers. If there’s one thing my journey has taught me, it’s simple: keep going. Success doesn’t always happen when you expect it to, but consistency, resilience, and a willingness to keep learning can completely change the trajectory of your life.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?

We’d love to hear about any fond memories you have from when you were growing up?
My favorite childhood memory is traveling every summer with my grandparents to different places we would just drive to different states and cities around the country every summer we had a destination. I would be so excited to see where we were going the next.
