Today we’d like to introduce you to Christian Scott.

Hi Christian, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
In 2019, I started hosting monthly family gatherings to bring my family together. Through these events, I led my family in moments of food, fellowship, and games. Seeing them enjoy themselves, build stronger relationships, and unite was special, and it motivated me to keep hosting these moments every month.

When the COVID-19 pandemic shut the country down in 2020, our family gatherings, birthday celebrations, and moments together came to an instant halt. My daily life changed in a matter of days, but I wasn’t going to let COVID-19 disrupt my passion for bringing my family together. I was determined to keep us connected in the midst of a global crisis.

My goal was to continue our monthly gatherings using the power of video conferencing technology. On April 18, 2020, after days of preparation, I hosted my first virtual family game night. As I watched everyone log on, I remember how grateful they were just to see each other’s faces and check in after weeks apart. After that first night went so well, I started hosting these game nights twice a month.

As I continued hosting, I kept researching, developing new games and content, and growing as a host. Later that year, on October 13, 2020, I officially founded Game On! so I could bring these virtual game show experiences to churches, families, companies, and beyond. As things improved in 2023, I expanded into in-person game show experiences for groups of all sizes.

Today, Game On! has brought hundreds of people together across the country and continues to unite communities through both virtual and in-person game show experiences. I’m proud of the brand Game On! has become, and grateful to my parents, Anthony and Melanie Scott, for their support in building something that touches so many lives. At Game On!, everyone is a winner — because when people come together, have fun, and connect, everyone wins.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It definitely has not been a smooth road. The biggest challenge has been building Game On! largely on my own. From designing a website from scratch to developing every service offering, I have had to step far outside my comfort zone and teach myself skills I never anticipated needing as an entrepreneur. There was no blueprint, just a vision and a willingness to figure it out.

Marketing has been another ongoing challenge. Word-of-mouth has been my most effective tool, and I am grateful for every client who has passed my name along. However, breaking through in other marketing channels such as social media, SEO, and paid outreach has been a slower and more difficult process than I expected.

Despite these challenges, every obstacle has made me a sharper entrepreneur and a better host.

Game On! is a business that brings the excitement, energy, and fun of a live game show directly to our clients. We specialize in hosting interactive game show experiences for corporate teams, schools, churches, families, special occasions, and beyond, both virtually and in person across Metro Atlanta and nationwide. Simply put, we are the game show that comes to you!

It reflects our genuine belief that when people come together, laugh, compete, and connect, everybody walks away with something meaningful. Life brings enough stress on its own, and I am proud that Game On! gives people a reason to pause, have fun, and truly enjoy time with the people around them.

We have had the privilege of serving corporate clients like Southern Company, Fastenal, and CapTech Consulting, as well as organizations like the Future Business Leaders of America, the National Beta Club, and the University of West Georgia, along with countless churches and families across the region. Every single event reminds me why I started Game On!

At Game On!, we are more than a game. We are an experience, a community, and a reason to bring people together.

We’d be interested to hear your thoughts on luck and what role, if any, you feel it’s played for you?
I would not say luck has played a role in my journey. I believe in hard work, preparation, and the power of relationships. That said, I am deeply grateful for every connection and opportunity that has come Game On!’s way.

These relationships did not happen by chance. They were built through genuine connection and a commitment to delivering experiences that people remember.
