Meet Christine Brogdon of Baltimore

Today we’d like to introduce you to Christine Brogdon.

Hi Christine, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
My journey has never been a straight line, it has been a story of faith, resilience, reinvention, and purpose.

I started as a creative entrepreneur with a passion for helping people bring their visions to life through branding, marketing, and business strategy. What began as designing graphics and websites eventually evolved into building businesses, consulting organizations, creating workforce development programs, and helping entrepreneurs turn ideas into sustainable ventures.

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with everyone from startups and local businesses to public figures, nonprofits, and global organizations. Through my company, Kingdom Business Unlimited, I’ve helped businesses strengthen their branding, systems, marketing, and growth strategies while remaining committed to creating impact beyond profit.

At the same time, my faith has been the foundation of everything I do. Some of my greatest lessons came through personal challenges, setbacks, and seasons that required me to trust God when I couldn’t see the outcome. Those experiences shaped my leadership style and deepened my commitment to serving others.

Today, I wear many hats, including Kingdom Entrepreneur, TEDx Organizer, AI Strategist, Speaker, Talent Manager and Community Builder. I founded TEDx Reisterstown to create a platform for powerful ideas and voices that deserve to be heard. I also lead initiatives through Innovating Futures Foundation focused on workforce development, technology, entrepreneurship, and expanding opportunities for underserved communities.

What drives me most is helping people see what’s possible. Whether I’m coaching an entrepreneur, organizing a community event, speaking on a stage, or building programs that connect people to education and opportunity, my mission remains the same: to empower others to walk boldly in their purpose and create meaningful impact in the world.

Looking back, every challenge, every pivot, and every victory has contributed to the story I’m still writing. And I truly believe the best chapters are yet to come.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Not at all. Like many entrepreneurs, my journey has come with its share of challenges, setbacks, and lessons.

One of the biggest struggles has been building something meaningful while navigating limited resources. There were seasons where I had a big vision but not the funding, team, or infrastructure to bring it to life the way I envisioned. I had to learn how to be resourceful, wear multiple hats, and continue moving forward even when the path wasn’t clear.

I’ve also faced personal challenges that tested my resilience and faith. There were moments of disappointment, uncertainty, and having to rebuild after things didn’t go as planned. Those experiences taught me perseverance, humility, and the importance of trusting God’s timing.

As a woman in business and leadership, I’ve learned that not everyone will understand your vision. There were times when I had to overcome doubt, criticism, and being underestimated. I had to become confident in who I am and the purpose God placed on my life, even when others couldn’t yet see it.

Leading community initiatives, organizing events, and building businesses has also taught me that growth comes with challenges. Every new level requires new skills, stronger systems, and greater responsibility. I’ve learned that success isn’t just about having a great idea it’s about consistency, adaptability, and continuing to show up even when things get difficult.

Looking back, I wouldn’t change the struggles because they shaped the leader I am today. They strengthened my faith, sharpened my vision, and gave me a deeper passion for helping others overcome obstacles and pursue their own purpose.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I often joke that “other” was the only category that fit because my work spans several industries, but at the core of everything I do is one mission: helping people and organizations innovate, grow, and create meaningful impact.

I am a Kingdom Entrepreneur, Business Strategist, AI Workforce Advocate, TEDx Organizer, Speaker, and Founder of Kingdom Business Unlimited and Innovating Futures Foundation. My work sits at the intersection of business, technology, workforce development, media, and community impact.

Over the years, I’ve helped entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and organizations strengthen their branding, operations, marketing, and growth strategies. Through my businesses, I’ve built websites, developed digital ecosystems, launched educational programs, created virtual communities, and helped organizations leverage technology and AI to scale their impact.

One area I’m particularly passionate about is workforce development and technology access. Through Innovating Futures Foundation, I partnered with Google to help connect individuals to career-building opportunities through Google Career Certificates and digital skills training. My goal is to help bridge the gap between opportunity and access, especially for underserved communities.

I am also a graduate of the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center programs, an experience that further strengthened my commitment to innovation, leadership, and building solutions that create lasting impact.

In addition, I’ve worked on developing digital media platforms, including in television and streaming network concepts designed to educate, inspire, and serve audiences through content, entrepreneurship, leadership development, and community engagement.

I am perhaps best known locally as the Founder and Lead Organizer of TEDx Reisterstown, where I created a platform for thought leaders, changemakers, innovators, and community voices to share ideas worth spreading. Seeing people step onto that stage and use their voice to inspire others has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career.

What I’m most proud of isn’t any single title, partnership, or accomplishment it’s creating opportunities for others. Whether it’s helping a business owner grow, connecting someone to education and workforce resources, providing a stage for a speaker, or building platforms that empower communities, I measure success by impact.

What sets me apart is my ability to bridge multiple worlds that are often kept separate faith and innovation, business and community, technology and human connection. I don’t just build businesses; I build ecosystems, platforms, and opportunities that help people move forward. My work has always been about creating solutions that leave people, organizations, and communities better than I found them.

In terms of your work and the industry, what are some of the changes you are expecting to see over the next five to ten years?
Over the next 5–10 years, I believe we’ll see a massive convergence of technology, artificial intelligence, media, entrepreneurship, education, and workforce development. The organizations and leaders who thrive will be those who learn how to adapt, innovate, and stay human-centered while embracing new technologies.

Artificial intelligence will continue transforming nearly every industry. However, I don’t believe AI will replace people it will amplify those who learn how to use it effectively. The future workforce will require a combination of technical skills, creativity, critical thinking, emotional intelligence, and adaptability. Lifelong learning will become essential rather than optional.

I believe the future belongs to those who can combine innovation with purpose. Technology will continue to evolve, but the leaders who make the greatest impact will be the ones who use it to solve real problems, strengthen communities, and create opportunities for others.
