Meet De’Anna Liz of The Naked Campaign

Today we’d like to introduce you to De’Anna Liz.

So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
As a young girl, I felt alone in the world. My very first sexual interaction was by two men and I didn’t know who to turn to. Later on, dealing with more boy troubles and self-esteem issues I still didn’t know where to release all of my frustrations and doubts. So I decided to create a campaign in which helps liberate women of their past traumas using art to educate on self-love through a healthy balance lifestyle mentally, physically, spiritually and yes sexually. My past created a beautiful present and future.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
It has not been a smooth road. Although I’ve been blessed to utilize different platforms to help showcase what my ultimate goal is. One of the struggles I would have to say is maintaining a clear and classy brand. I never want to contradict my words or come off as a hypocrite. As well as funds to do more educational art-related events.

The Naked Campaign – what should we know? What do you do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
I am known model De’Anna Liz, but I stress how I want to be known for more than just a pretty face. I want to continue to create a safe place where women can express themselves and start the practice of self-love. I have done Naked runway presentations, created visuals for my poems as well as walked around piedmont park “Naked” as well as the capital. The goal is to put on more event throughout year to being the community together to speak upon topics we “sweep under the rug.”

What is “success” or “successful” for you?
The way I personally define success is when I see growth within myself first. I take a step back and think about how far I’ve come. We need to celebrate the small successes to appreciate the big ones. My ultimate success would be creating a virtual platform where woman can converse and gain professional help all in one network/app. Ultimate success would be to buy my family a home. Having financial freedom!
