Meet Denise Williams of Homes by DJW in Metro Atlanta

Today we’d like to introduce you to Denise Williams.

Thanks for sharing your story with us Denise. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I got my start in Real Estate at the age of 17 when I interned at a local boutique firm. That summer, I learned a lot about the business and subsequently kept interning every summer and in between. In 2012, I was inspired to get my license and pursue the business full time.

One of the most important things that I learned was the importance of maintaining my clients first and educating them throughout this process. I attribute that lesson to the success of my business today.

The tremendous sense of gratification that’s experienced once I see my clients to the closing table successfully is priceless.

Has it been a smooth road?
All these years have been a unique learning experience. I have had to learn that the key to my individual success is to individualize every client’s experience.

No two clients have been the same and that allows me to remain flexible in understanding people in order to help them identify the things that are important to them.

We’d love to hear more about your business.
I work with buyers and sellers throughout the Metro Atlanta area and surrounding areas.

This process is sometimes unpredictable and it is important to me that they feel comfortable with my team and I.

My proudest moment is hard to define because I come across so many rewarding experiences.

If I had to chose I would say I am most proud when a buyer that has been down on luck suddenly finds what they deem their dream home to sellers that get more for their property than expected.

Moments like this are priceless because I know that my business has helped better someone else’s life.
