Today we’d like to introduce you to Drew Dillard and Anna Italiano.

Drew and Anna, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
Juliana’s Boutique first launched online on November 6th, 2013. What originated as a senior capstone project became a fully running business. With a dream, our college dorm room serving as an office, and a passion for fashion, Juliana’s began its journey. Our best friends and classmates agreed to be our first group of models, allowing www.shopjulianas.com to reach the most stylish girls across the country!

With an overwhelming success the first few weeks of business, we were amazed by how well it was doing. We saw the potential in how this little website could become much more than a school project. At the beginning of 2014, we packed our bags and headed back to our hometown of Blue Ridge, GA, to open our first brick and mortar location.

We found the perfect spot for Juliana’s, located in the heart of downtown in Blue Ridge. It’s where thousands of tourists and locals come to shop every day. On March 8th, 2014 the doors of Juliana’s were open and ready for business! Continuing to grow, we opened our second location in the charming and historic downtown of Ellijay, GA in June of 2017.

We are a team of slightly over-caffeinated, driven and spunky individuals who work full time to bring the most affordable and fashionable pieces to your closet. We are devoted to social media, bringing our girls fresh and fun content every day of the week. Juliana’s is a place where you can come find an outfit for a casual day around campus and running errands, or for the ultimate girls night out in the city, without breaking the bank. Juliana’s will always continue to grow and stay up to date with the latest and greatest trends the world of fashion has to offer.

Has it been a smooth road?
It’s been a long and difficult 4 years of business. We started this journey as college students with little savings. This business is owned and run by me and my fiancé, so we constantly have to balance our work life and personal life. We’re both workaholics and usually work 6 to 7 days a week, so it’s hard to obtain balance.

So, as you know, we’re impressed with Juliana’s Boutique – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
We are a women’s boutique with two locations and an online presence. Our first store is located in Blue Ridge, GA, which is roughly an hour and 45 minutes’ drive from Atlanta. Our second location is in Ellijay, GA, which is an hour and 25 minutes from Atlanta. Both boutiques are in the beautiful North Georgia Mountains. We have hundreds of customers who travel to the mountains on the weekends to escape the bustle of city life. Our store serves as a fun escape from Atlanta. Our website is run from a warehouse in Blue Ridge, with new arrivals online every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 10:30 a.m. (www.shopjulianas.com) We specialize in trendy but affordable clothing for women, and we work to bring new arrivals to the store on a daily basis. We’re constantly in communication with our customers on social media to find out what styles they want to see in our store and online.

Let’s touch on your thoughts about our city – what do you like the most and least?
With our stores located in Blue Ridge and Ellijay, GA, we serve as a much needed escape from city life for most of our customers. In Blue Ridge and Ellijay, it’s a slower pace of life. You can walk down Main Street in each town and really feel like you’re in a modern day Mayberry. These mountain towns make for great vacations, and we hope you come to visit. You can hike the mountains, visit apple orchards, dine downtown, and spend your weekend in an awesome cabin.
