Meet Katie Brown of Messy Hallelujah Podcast in South Atlanta- Newnan

Today we’d like to introduce you to Katie Brown.

Katie, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
The idea for the podcast came after my husband and I had two really hard years. We lost my mom after a short but painful battle with pancreatic cancer, and then three disrupted adoptions. I realized no one was telling stories of faith about what you did when your prayers weren’t answered. So, I decided I would tell them!

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
The whole journey to get to the podcast was a struggle- it’s actually what inspired me to do it!

So, as you know, we’re impressed with Messy Hallelujah Podcast – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
The Messy Hallelujah Podcast is a new podcast where we tell real stories about real faith and get real messy.

So, what’s next? Any big plans?
I’m excited to continue hearing stories of faith- I’m not sure how it’s going to continue to grow, but I know that it will be exciting!
