Meet Lisa-Marie Lovett of Blossom and Autumn Jewelry and Accessories in Statesboro

Today we’d like to introduce you to Lisa-Marie Lovett.

Lisa-Marie, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
I’ve loved art as long as I can remember. I loved to draw, paint and create. But my love for jewelry started when I was about eight. I loved unique jewelry, and in May 2020, I decided to put my artistic talents to work creating my own jewelry line.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
It’s not been a smooth road. I’m also a professional photographer, mother, and wife. Balancing out time between home life and professional life has not been easy, but I have made it work so far.

Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about Blossom and Autumn Jewelry and Accessories – what should we know?
Since my business is still in the baby stages, I offer handmade earrings. I plan to expand to necklaces and bracelets. Long term, I will also offer handmade handbags as well.

I’m most proud that I didn’t allow myself to quit when I felt I had enough on my plate. I aligned myself in position and made it work.

My jewelry is different. It has a bohemian, ethnic, and vibey feel. My jewelry line is an extension of me personally and the love I have for colors, shapes, and textures.

Any shoutouts? Who else deserves credit in this story – who has played a meaningful role?
My family has been my biggest support to date. They have given me ideas, helped me pack and ship orders, and motivate me to not give up.
