Hi Marcus, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
2015 my brother-in-law offered me the opportunity to attend a detailing institution DETAIL KING. To become a certified detailing technician I used that skill along with several sales techniques I learned from selling cars managing kid’s footlockers and selling Kirby vacuums to fine-tune my audience increase the demand for detailing from my company PARAMOUNT DETAILING.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Struggles was cancelations & finding and servicing my core clients’ needs also having enough clients to help bring awareness to the awesome service we provide. I used the next door app as my core source of marketing since it is access to the working class homeowners within the community and doing door sales, word of mouth is the #1 (form of sales) I decided to reward my clients for their referrals and recommendations if a client wrote about their experience with us and it generated two clients they receive 1 free entry level detailing to the vehicle of their choice. That alongside taking deposits of the half to secure appointments & making the remaining balance due upon completion stopped cancelations and Brought in more quality clients.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
Not only making paramount detailing the #1 mobile detailing company to service the Decatur/Atlanta area, I am also a very skilled, witty and versatile artist on the mic 🎤 I go by the name CHIEFRASTA a musically inclined artist well versed in his Jamaican native language (Patwa) coined as the hybrid rapper and one of the first early starters of the TRAP-HALL MUSICAL MOVEMENT that you hear running rampant on the radio and in our music of today.

Who else deserves credit in your story?
My brother-in-law Edward Morris – sending to detail king and investing in my career.

My sister KAREN DECAIRISH – believing in me and pushing me to do better.
