Meet Neisha Leigh of Love Leigh Touch in North

Today we’d like to introduce you to Neisha Leigh.

Neisha, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I started my career as a licensed esthetician working in a franchise spa full time and a lash spa part-time. I was then asked to train employees at the lash spa, which made me realize I had a gift in teaching. As time progressed, I decided I no longer wanted to work for a company and decided to begin working for myself. I took an independent contracting position in Miami at a spa to try a different clientele. After I flew back and forth weekly, it begins to tire me out. I then decided to quit both jobs and work for myself. I opened my first suite in Atlanta at a salon suite, which I soon realized, wasn’t the right fit for me. So, I opened the space that I’m in now. With so many positive reviews in Atlanta, I’ve decided to offer my services and classes in multiple states. I love offering my services but most of all I love teaching. It’s one of the best feelings knowing I can offer a way for other people to increase their income and stay in this beauty industry.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Some of the challenges I experienced was learning how to market myself and stay booked.

My company specializes in customizing each service or class for the client. Each service is intimate and each class is done in small groups. I am proud of the success of my students.
