Today we’d like to introduce you to Nirjary Desai.

Nirjary has transformed her love for design and travel successfully into a career as an international wedding planner, catering provider, and event producer.

Born in Ndola, Zambia, Nirjary grew up in South Carolina and completed her undergraduate studies at the University of South Carolina. She later moved to London, to pursue her MBA in International Marketing & Management. Thereafter she trained under Guinness World Record Holder Ash Kumar, who was known as the fastest henna artist in the world. Her training inspired her to brand her own talents, by which she later launched 4 companies KIS (cubed) Events, S3 Catering, Glam Squad and Bridal Elements by Nirjary Desai. Her companies have since delivered the WOW factor to celebrities and top brands in the U.S., India, London, and the Caribbean & beyond.

Her distinctive vision and business acumen have garnered features on Bravo TV, the Wedding Channel, Harper’s Bazaar Bride India, Huffington Post, including a Glambitious Magazine Cover feature. She can also be seen making a guest appearance in the film “Meet the Patels” which is now available on Netflix. We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
No, it’s never smooth as life is not easy and starting a business is like starting a new relationship it requires work and there are ups and downs and the good times.

I own 3 brands and each specializes in unique and different services.

KIS (cubed) Events began with Nirjary Desai’s vision and her best friend’s wedding being one of the first she helped produce after pursuing her MBA in International Marketing & Brand Management, 11 years ago and her corporate experience in planning PR driven events for many corporate brands!!! Showing the planning process and design result of impeccable designers and alliances created by the owner and founder, KIS (cubed) Events laid down a strong foundation of customer services with a global vision. Immediately after word of mouth referral and Viral Marketing Nirjary began getting calls from guests attending such events and strangers begging that she help them plan and execute their events. And so her brainchild KIS(cubed) Events opened its doors.
